ive herd it is the tolerances in the main bearings once the engine and the oil heat up the main bearings expand and the oil gets thin enough to pass straight through. my truck does the same thing once its warmed up my oil pressure drops to nothing at idle

Replace oil pump mate, at that kind of mileage it's a good idea
