I doubt they are bed bugs, but regardless, there is no way I would sleep in a bed with bugs crawling all over it. I was in a hotel once with bed bugs once and they tried to pawn them off as beach bugs.... No they were bed bugs. They moved us to their sister hotel nearby and upgraded us to a great room for free :)
