the most powerful are; the one above all & (precon) The beyonder! It's not even subjective... The one above all could write any of them out of the comics/cartoons. The beyonder is a trillion times more powerful than all the comic multiverses combined (he killed death so humans would no longer die, till he realized it was wrong) he was about to end dc and marvel universes but talked himself out of it.. he made the hulk as powerful as he is now (because he wanted to help banner)
