I used to play Neo Geo on emulators all the time. Finally picked one up with this game among others. Playing it on the actual hardware is such a rush, looks better too. Unfortunately I haven't found an emulator that can do the Neo justice.
What are you meaning by "not found an emulator that can do the Neo justice"? I tried MAME32, and Samurai shodown works and looks perfect! No issues at all here. Can you specify in what way it looks better on the actual hardware?

Zankuro is one best villain in any fighting game in existence, i have this rom and the emulator i use is kawaks it's one of the best neo geo emulator on pc.

Think you need the Neo geo bios rom in the rom folder within the Kawaks neo geo rom folder folder pluss the game roms

NeoRageX is the emulator that has this game and you can get the ROM at Rom Hustler...just do a search on google and you'll be fine!
