  • Hmmm Daft Punk is house....but I don't hear this as house

  • ok what in the world lol, I got the sound correct but I cant get it to keep the sound going ,like it keeps dieng out mis the lfo supose to be all the way up? its starting to really bother me now like one important I must have missed, decay sustain releases all the way up with the attack down? the envelope sam settings, and the filter half way an bring up with the renosance way up as well? what am i doing wrong?

  • @BLAZE45 I'm not just pressing one note. Even if it's just one note playing, it's a one bar sequence in Ableton being played in loop

  • @Benji7905 you said the keys weren't used, and after following the hint you gave me I was still unsuccessful, something i was doing was ether wrong or missing

  • @BLAZE45 the keys aren't used because the Juno is controlled by Ableton...

  • @Benji7905 im sorry now im lost, I have ableton suit 8 , would it be possible for you to explain exactly what is going? I know my questions are probably annoying : (

  • keep doing what you do, it's the best!

  • salut! hello! what sound of juno!use for rollin scrating??MY EMAIL!derf71@wanadoo.fr

  • Very impressive. Can you explain a little bit the setting of the juno 106 please?

And have you try it without the Boss MT-2 pedal but with the big fuzz distortion of guitar rig (which is its software emulation). I want to know if the result is comparable. I'm still wondering if software is as good as hardware.

  • This is Phenominal!! Great Job

  • What drum machine were you using?

  • @jspec1594 read the description...

  • Whoa! Cool!

  • This is great benji!

  • Haha!! Fuckin awesome man, nice work :D

  • LOL I ACTUALY GOT THE ROLLING N SCRACTHING SOUND WITH THE JUNO 60 VST, IT SOUNDS MAD CLOSE I HAVE THE BOSS MT-2 BUT I DONT HAVE AN AMP SO IT DIDNT WORK SO I USE ABELTONS SATURATOR AND PUT IT ON HARD AND BOOM ROLLIN N SCRACTHIN,LOL

  • HEY SO THE 4 DA MT-2 DO YOU TURN ALL THE KNOBS ALL THA WAY UP?

  • @BLAZE45 It's not a preset of the juno, I did the patch myself. It's not hard to figure it out once you start searching :)

  • @Benji7905 YEA I KNO,JUST WANTED TO KNOW YOUR PATCH BECAUSE I JUST CANT FIGURE IT OUT AFTER MANY TRIALS AND ERRORS,LOL

  • @Benji7905 LOL SO I DID TRY ON THE VST UNO THINGY, WHEN I REALIZED ITS A JUNO 60 VST AND NOT A 106, I WAS SO MAD,LOL

  • @BLAZE45 The Juno 106 is just a Juno 60 with midi and a few differences. They are 95% the same. the VST will get you nowhere near the Rollin & Scratchin sound though.

  • @Benji7905 JEA BUT THE JUNO 6O DOSENT HAVE THE PITCH FADER LIKE THE 106, I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ROCK N ROLL SOUND JUST WITH OUT THE GOOD DISTORTION

  • @BLAZE45 yes it does, there's everything you would need. Except for a filter that resonates the same way a real Juno would.

  • @Benji7905 IDK MAN IITRYD RASING THE PICTH LIKE THE 106 AND IT SOUNDED NOTHING ALIKE EVEN WITH THE PACTH, HAVE YOU DONE ROCK N ROLL? YOU SHOULD UP LOAD I DID HBFS WITH THE MINI MOOG RACKS

  • allez Bangalter on t'a reconnu c'est bon héhé..

  • LOVE IT. classic masterpiece from de

    90s. RESPECT

  • It doesn't sound as good as it should but you can make most of the song exactly the way you hear it with the Juno 106. Why don't you try playing with it and get it perferct.

  • what setting did you use for the main "scratching" part?

  • Lol le poster des Chemical.

Sinon bonne reprise mais qui film ?

  • Personne, la webcam est posée.

  • WAT KEYS ARE USED,YOU KNOW WAT NOTES?

  • Look at all those poor keys not getting used :'(

  • no need to use the keys for this :)

  • props!!

  • Very Good

  • SWEET! you got the beats exact!!! and extremely close to the other stuff!!!

    GREAT!!!!

    OMG!!!

  • the beats is from the original track, read the description ;)

  • @MM95media Great!

  • Daft Punk did use a Juno-106

  • realy cool remake!!

i should by me the boss thing too :)

  • ...I just realised that I have a Boss MD-2 lying around. I should give this a try.

What are your settings on the Juno?

  • very, very, very good. enormé!

  • dude this is awesome. well done. you should get some 909 samples and recreate the drums!

  • P*tin c'est super bien fait ! Du bon boulot tout sa ! :)

  • Could you tell me what that means in English? I tried translating it in Google Translator but it's sucking balls.

  • I say : his work is very great :)

  • Thank you.

  • are you sure they uses 106? I felt like I've seen a live video where they uses 303 + 909 to make most of the song.

  • I'm 100% sure that they use a 106 and a Boss MT-2 for Rollin & Scratchin and Rock and Roll. You can see the 106 in Rollin & Scratchin on the D.A.F.T. DVD. And they didn't use the 303 that much. Most of their early synths sound was the 106, the midimini (rack midi version of the Minimoog) and ARP Oddysey.

  • NICE!!!

its there any juno 106 vst mod ?

  • Yes, the TAL U-NO60 and TAL U-NO60 2, but it doesn't sound as warm as a real Juno. I'll try to do the same patch on it to see if it sounds the same.

  • yo thanks! :)

  • hey man any chance u made that patch on the u-no60? would love to run the u-no60 through my mt2 :D not quiet sure how to patch it though!

  • I tried to do something similar on the u-no but it sounds nowhere near as good as the real Juno

  • yayyyy great job !
