It's definitely possible and, actually, I can say this from experience. I've learned how to sing a different song (in Spanish) just as fast as this. However, it takes a lot of practice and it's very difficult to pronounce all the words right. So, I understand how you might think it impossible.

Umm, Miku isn't human; she's a voice synthesizer. However, Kanipan IS human and it doesn't sound like she's using those fast-forward recordings. When Miku sings, I can't even keep up with the opening lyrics. With Kanipan, I can actually pick out every other word she says in the opening lyric.

I don't think that the song is suited for _any_ human to sing so doing a straight up comparison of who "wins" between a human and an voice synthesizer is kind of pointless. It'd make more sense if you were to compare the merits/demerits of a song where both neither party has an advantage. A good example would be to compare a song that was remixed with Miku's voice against its original track.
