i kept on dieing on this part. the reason why is that the big daddy kills me or the turrets under the boardwalk were shooting at me. it took me a while to find them too.

@Kororocks12 hack the turrets and wait for the big daddy to kill the splicer and right befor he kills the last one join in and start shooting

@bigd4264 You missed it, on the med pavilion part, in the area with all the different doctors offices, its on the floor in front of Dandy Dental, its out in the open too. I am not sure if there is another place where you can pick it up (like there is with the pistol and MG) or not. If you ever come across a shotgun wielding enemy though, you should be able to grab one from them.
