youre one to talk, i hate the RCs that shit-sus makes, but i like the real life cars. hpi is TRULY faster, im not going to compare by power, BUT...........3.3 V.S. 5.9? ya, you're funny!!, and the flux vs the e-revo. dont make me laugh. and bashing wise? savage wins hands down. and oh yeah, i beat 6 revos, and came in second in the MAINS, i lost to a savage XL 1st=savage xl, 2nd=ME (flux), 3rd,4th,5th,6th =revo's, and summits

thats only 68 mph my rust vxl runs 69 with a 3s lipo and a simple gearing change

and i've seen the 4-tec clocked over 70 mph with gearing changes and 30% nitro

hmm... honestly ... its all about setup. you cant really say one is faster than the other. hell you can stick a cc 9000kv system in a redcat and it'll out run both flux hpi or vxl revo. its all relative.

heck i have a 100 dollar rj speed that clocks in at 102 mph on a speed run. and does 0-60 in under 2 seconds.

again its all about setup

electronics were salvaged from a 1/16 tamiya i had collecting dust along w/ a couple of random parts from my tool box.

an old school direct drive kit w/ modern day electronics a little engenuity and a good online forum can get you some insane speed passes
