  • @Millaraes haha yes this and the season that Alison Braun was in were the BEST seasons ever! 2 years later Im still rewatching it! Its a good motivator, especially when most of the contestants are actually endearing and so inspirational with what they are doing and achieving!

  • That's precisely what I thought. That Holy dumbass said that Sharif and Teresa had got the worst choice because they were going to spend more time in the gym that training but i think they are the ones who are going to have serious intestinal problems.

  • Michelle is so full of crap trying to argue that liquid food "may" be the better choice. How is having developing diarrhea from the liquid diet a good choice lol.

  • Liquid diets are terrible. It is so important to chew your food, taste it, it starts the digestive process. It creates a sense of fullness you can't get from liquiid diets. Totally slows down the metabolism.

    RAW chocolate contains a lot of protein and is one of the most antioxidant rich foods in the world.

    RAW nuts and seeds contain an impressive amount of protein but did you know a cup of RAW leafy green vegetables contain 3g protein as well? Even a cup of kiwi fruit contains 2g of protein.
