How were you able to get this video, the parkway is usually closed during the winter and early spring months.

This was actually at the end of November. I had planned to continue on to Asheville but the parkway was closed beyond Mt. Mitchell and I had to go down to Marion.

Nice! Live about an hour away from Mt. Mitchell much closer to Table Rock. I live off of Altapass near Sprue Pine u shud check out Grandfather Mtn.
