How do you open the directory for project 64, all i see when i click it is project 64 and uninstall project 64

@dillonberserk this video is about project 64 "k" , its a version of project 64 that allows you to play online.

I think you have the normal project 64 because you only see those 2 files. (your emulator is installed like an ordinary programme)

So you find the directory in: C/Programmes/Project64

@dillonberserk yes, it is free. just google for project 64k. the first result takes you to their old homepage where you can get version 0.13 which is used by most people. there also is a version 0.17 but hardly anyone uses it, so there´s no point in downloading that version because players need to have the same version.

if you have windows vista or 7 you need to do as told in the video to make it work.

i did everything you said but when i clicked on the game instead of the start netplay it would open the rom but it wouldnt start the game , a new window opened up and it said Project64k.exe has stopped working i dont understand whats wrong.

it works fine on just project64 but not on project64k

Hey I had PJ 64 for a while now and I recently moved some folders around to organized my pc. I want to know why doesnt all the files open up on PJ64 like before. When I click on OPEN ROM I must choose a game and choose a file from there and the games starts. Before I just click on a game (folder) and all the files open at once, and could see the compatible and the language version with the green, yellow etc colors on the PJ64 screen. Its just a simple curiosity and hope you can help.

Hey I had the P64 for a while now I was wondering how do you open a whole folder full of files. For example I had a folder named "Shadowman" and inside it had all the files that can be used to play. Before I just open the "Shadowman" folder with P64 in "OPEN ROM" and all the files appear in the screen as compatible, .z64 etc. Well now when i try opening a folder I need to choose a specific file before it appears on screen. All I have done was moving all the games from Documents to a new section!

@skierplaterandy a .dll file can be malacious, the only reason you might think its safe is that it doesn run when you double click it, but if you put it into whatever program's folder that would accept to run it, then it runs off of the .dll and can do harm from the program running with it. a .dll(plug-in) firefox warns that plug-ins can be harmful to your computer.
