Tourette's varies from person to person. Basically, they twitch. It can be mild, (rapid blinking or minor facial expressions), medium (more movements such as jerking the arms/head/etc and vocalized grunts/stutters) or severe (rare, but most well-known) in which movements can be destructive and they speak words (often curses, but varies). Vocally, the 'filter' between thought and speech isn't there, so whatever you think you say (ex: you see an obese person, you say "Fat F***" repetitively)
