  • Thanks so much for posting. This is a piece of rock n roll history in the making. I became very emotional when I saw the hologram and when Roger Daltrey said his piece about Keith. Great to see Keiths mum & sisters there too.Accept no substitute. Long live the Who. Untouchable to this day.

  • Good stuff Mark. Until a couple of years ago my flat was above the cafe there. My memories of the Marquee go back to 1966 when I first came down from Newcastle. Then putting bands on there when I was at Island Records. Eddie and the Hotrods, Ultravox, U2 and Tom Petty. I felt it was fate that I ended up living on that historical site .
