One of the best vocalists outside of rock (or Metal). Unfortunately most of todays pop singers can't really sing for shit. They all sound the same. It's very rare you hear a voice with immediate wow factor. Beyonce first wowed me when I heard Listen. I don't own her albums cause it's not my kinda music, but DAMN she's got a hell of a voice!
