I dont think Candice looks completely different with and without make-up. It's just that she has these big, almond shaped eyes and the eyeliner really brings them out (moreso than the models with different shaped eyes like Alessandra for example). Make-up just enhanced her natural beauty (big lips, big eyes) the same way it does for Adriana Lima.
