I have researched both sides to a point, and I was unable to find any proven allegations against Bush or McCain. I was actually upset at Bush, but after doing the research I learned a lot about what he has done for the US and Texas and in the long term it outweighs the bad, imo.
I was however able to find material about illegal and unethical activities by both Clintons. As for Obama, if there was ever a dream of me voting for him, it went out the window when Mr and Mrs Clinton endorsed him.

The military is to thank for faster development of hydrogen fuel cells. The broader their applications, the faster any bugs can get worked out before being put into civilian use.. and that will help with global warming.
Lets just be sure we only use military force for legitimate reasons and only attack if we have hard evidence.

The Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act pushed through by the Republican party already does away with trials and assumes that people are guilt, based on suspicion, giving the President's agents the authority to torture and imprison citizens withouta formal arrest or trial.
