you apparently have never been to an elementary shool in the hood before. white oppression still exist . the books are atleat 10 years old and the teachers are recent graduates or are not qualified in the subject they teach. go to the hood and find out a little more before you talk. in Los Angeles the schools are over crowded around 50 kids to one teacher and half the kids barely speak english so now they are taking teachers away to teach them seperate. and that's just a conversation on schools.
