Great video, I just wish you would have showed us the pinching technique a little more closely and slowly.. I have a problem with that step.. Thanks for the post, though, it helped me a little better, but I have to keep looking, I want to get this right..

dont u usally pan sear the pot stickers and after steam it in the pan by adding water after the sear? Well anyways very nice and informative
