I'm open to believe that the earth might be hollow and that there are openings at the poles. I know this sounds strange and maybe it's not what everyone on earth is taught but it could be. I suppose for anyone to buy into this theory they would have to consider the fact that a very few (select?) number of people have been that far north or south and the fact that many of that number were military. That said it would be easy to keep a secret reguarding the polar extremes.

goofy but accurate. centrifugal force makes the equator portion of the earth which meens the equatorial region has more gravitational pull which hold the inner sun "vertical" in place. the gyroscopic effect from our spin keeps our orbiting crust and the inner star stable and centered ("horizontaly"). I imagine the magnetic fields could play a major role but at this point idk.
