  • I'm from Brazil and I have to say.. That track is really great!

You just need to take some highway fro here.. Then you will see the real meaning of "bump"... Stupidy government. =_=

  • STOP KONY

  • I was expecting a video of Abu Dhabi.

  • just a matter of time before there was a bad accident where a car was flipped due to the tracks

  • it was and I'm a CART/Champ Car fan.

  • Lewis Hamilton's fault.

  • Everyone must have had real headake after this race lol ^^

  • why was it not cancelled after practice?

  • This video is so old...GAUDIO winning over F.González in an ATP final...haha!

  • Try driving a fiat 500 over that, good luck getting over it

  • Herman Tilke's fault

  • yah that track was crap so was ceasers place GP >.>

  • AAAAAHAAAAAAA HAA AAAAHAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAHAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA RA RA

  • @viniciusfstcovertnt2 nao entendi suas risadas...

  • @Leoxrr8 nem eu

  • @viniciusfstcovertnt2 LoooooooooL

  • That is ridiculous!

  • Who designed a street track with a tramline across it? I know Herman Tilke's track aren't great, but this is stupid.

  • What's wrong with a challenging track?

  • Ooh, I hope they had not to drive 60 laps. ;)

  • love the tennis scores on the bottom lol. Back when coria was close to the top.

  • worst?! the best!!!! xD

  • Yeah. With my back problems I'd be a paraplegic after one lap racing there. Yikes....

  • Wouldn't really call it a bad track it looks quite exciting to watch them bump over the bridge so I don't see why people are saying its bad

  • shit, and i thought downtown Montreal was bad!

  • god to hurt your back

  • EuroSport² Live SAN JOSE World Series. So, where is it?

  • i actually like that design, remindas me of nurburgring, that track isn't made for single seaters though

  • Baltimore downtown.

  • You have it wrong, pure skill is needed to drive round this, its a real physical effort, which is what racing should be, look at the f1 track in valencia for shit racing..

  • @xTDLWx obviously you dont know much or spent time at a track . if more races were like that , you would 100% have kidney problems . you might get away with it for a race or 2 . but the circuits could not be like this . you might get away with it for a race or 2 ,. but would be stupid to do that to your body ...

  • no wonder its called the worst track look at all the bouncing around they doing around the 10 second mark

  • yeah i still can't believe they actually raced there. they did a lot of work on the track to make it more suitable the following year

  • the worst track was that F1 Track on a parking lot in vegas...

  • The worst is the "new" hockenheim

  • Imagine the "Red Bull X1" there :D

  • @JustGrown94 The X1 is not even real, just fictional!

  • @Marcus666Sund I know, so I've written "imagine" :D

  • Jesus christ, I hope there backs were not broken when they were done.

  • The only reason you can do that in a Champ Car is because those things were BOATS!

  • It's Mexico, they burry people under the road!!! XD

  • @vitaphone97 surely it was something that Mexicans learned in your country. racist misrespectful bitch. wash your fucking wanker hands and disinfect your keyboard before typing something about Mexicans. cunt. if you don't like Mexicans, you can die by now.

  • @Minnie2009100 come on, that was funny. sad when people can't take a joke. you see, I'm German, many people are making fun of Germans but I don't complain. Why? Because they're not serious about it. And if they were they could suck my dick. ;)

  • Rock n' Roll racing bumps!

  • now imagine doing that with a dtm or a formula 1 car

    champcars were great!

  • Thats San Jose, but I reckon the worst circuit in the history of motor racing was the Beijing Street Circuit used by the A1GP series in the 2006-07 season. Rubbish track that spent half of it's life under safety car.

  • The track was VASTLY improved for 2006-07, and became quite good actually. Fan support also was pretty respectable for this event.

They might well have had fan support to go to Laguna, but for whatever reason, a deal couldn't be struck with the track.

And yes, a chicane was added before the hairpin for 2005, because somebody put a grandstand right where the Turn 1 escape road needed to be.

  • 0:16 is that a corner?

  • Worst track - talk about the best track - takes some balls rather than those billiard board smooth tracks Hermann Tilke designs

  • Thats terrible, after the race did anyone complain that it broke their spine?

  • Great track!!!! nice to see some real driving there

  • fantastic

  • its Long Beach?

  • San Jose was crap, glad they got rid of the track.

  • @TheCarlsonsRaiders They didn't get rid of the track, they went out of business. My guess is Champ Car went out of business because of going to tracks like that. It is pretty sad when they need to go to a crummy street circuit like that because there isn't enough fan support to drive the short distance to go to Laguna Seca and watch them on a real track. I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.

  • @v12tommy Champ Car did not simply go out of business. They accepted a unification offer from the IRL that only a moron would have refused. CCWS was ready to go for 2008 before the offer came along, and San Jose was NOT in the '08 schedule.

That said, tracks like this where they could attract enough fans to get some money didn't kill the series, they're the reason the series was ABLE to keep going as long as it did.

  • @DBoy02 The fact that they even needed to put San Jose on the schedule at all proved how bad off the series was. They couldn't even get fans in San Jose to drive the short distance to Laguna Seca, so they had to bring the racing to them. I live in Denver and hadn't been to a Denver Grand Prix since I was a kid, but yet I drove 2 hours every year to watch the IRL race, as well as go to Indy every year. CART/CCWS was good in the heyday, but it was long past it's prime.

  • @v12tommy Ah, that was you?!

  • no...I think it was street railway or kind of tram or something like that...Im not sure but it looks like San Jose

  • @ingoooo Yes it is San Jose. They were light rail tracks.

  • @ingoooo it is just look at the right top

  • @ingoooo it is san jose and i was there and thats also where my cousin lives

  • What the hell!!! Are those speed bumps?

  • spine injuries anyone?

  • nice man you need guts to go there full speed

  • what a crap track supprised no one crashed
