Tested it out myself. To my favorite server I normally get about 90ms, with gamerail I consistantly got about 110ms, disable gamerail and it goes back down to 90ms.
I guess it could be useful for troubleshooting, but paying more than maybe $3/month for this just seems retarded.
Exactly, you're not on a LAN, you're playing over the internet. In copmarison to most broadband connections, a 48 ms ping is absolutely normal, not "crappy." If your latency to a server is a consistent 40 - 50 ms, chances are you're at no worse of a disadvantage than anyone else connected to the server over the internet. quit crying.
ydoucare55 obviously doesn't know that gotfrag hosted this video and not gamerail themselves. I don't know if there is a connection betweene the two but ydoucare55 if you want to play with 50ms and not 10ms then be my guest no-one's going to stop you but if you want lower ping then I'll take it. Why comment on something that's obviously going to help with something as retarded as "quit crying."

A poor gamer blames his lag.

you are retarded...
you know nothing how latency works, you only rely on LUCK or randomness when you deal with high pings.
Moving your ping down to local like ping.. eliminates the luck and randomness of online.
