This video has to be my favorite one, since I was a kid I had always enjoyed the Salahi Tariiq celebration because of it's Qasidah and especially their movement accompanied with orchestrated musical sounds and showmanship. One has to be coordinated,talented and physically fit to participate the celebration. Indeed, this clip brought home some old memories. Thanks for the memories.

These are Digil and Mirifle people and of course they are somali, they are the original somalis since everyone else claims to have an arab ancestary.

These people live in Bay,bakool,Gedo Lower shabeleh and all jubooyinka so thats like 1/2 of Somalia right there for you.
