Isn't collectivism and individualism about what is more important the collective or the individual rather than how many people are doing a task and whether those people could be described as in a group as you seem to imply in this video?

Jwriter , ima use you and me as an example to what i think he's saying. when me and you met , because of our individuality we bumped heads and quareled, then when we ran into a common so -called enemy(afroogles) we satrted agreeing on alota shit. then we was able to agree to disagree on religion when at first we could not agree to disagree before we found a common enemy (Afroogle muthafukas).Our Individualism was a problem until we found a common enemy and collectivism prevailed.
i just finished a vid on this; i think our like mindedness (which was all along perhaps) allowed us to click...In other words if u belong apart of the same ideology naturally u gonna click...u get me?? we just disagreed on religion but all along somewhat was still apart of the same ideology...so thats prolly why...but the collectivism they speaking on is (ideology to ideology) which cant happen..like minded folk will stick together. I.E go getters stick together..get me?
