I love this scene. I really do. This shows that Sasuke really cares about Sakura. If he didn't care, he would have just left when she was talking. Or even when she was unconscious. He would have left her on the ground if he didn't care. I too personally think that he likes her but he doesn't want his emotions to get in the way. As for Naruto I think Hinata is best for him since she had ALWAYS had a HUGE CRUSH on him and non-stop worry about him.
