Sorry but this video isn't really a good one, for a start, on infected the infected players wont be letting you knife lunge off you, so you can get into a spot of which they can't kill you in...

On most of the spots they can still knife you anyway, all they have to do is jump and knife you, and when you have a lobby of 18 your dead instantly.

Sorry, but this is a worthless video for infected, maybe somewhat useful for online.
