I used to live in S.Calif Chula Vista about 20 mins from downtown San Diego. I used to visit the Whaley House (which is in Old Town) every Halloween. It is concidered the #1 most haunted houses in the United States aside being the Whaley familys home it was all so during it's history. San Diegos first commercial theater, the county courthouse, and a General Store.
Does anyone remember the story of the haunting in TX, I think -- where a development was built on an old slave cemetery, and they were pissed? If anyone remembers, could you please drop me a line? Thanks!
Come now fellas, don't get caught up in this! Ghost don't exist--remember...scientists said so. Even if you see an apparition; tell'em we evolved from apes a billion years ago...ERM
i miss robert stack, he was the perfect host and voice for this show. i hold this show close and dear to my heart. i always loved the supernatural and murder and missing persons sections in this show. RIP robert.
OMG! I've been searching for this episode for years!!!!!!! You are SO amazing! I loved this one so much because of the man peeking out the window!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow, i've been looking for this story, but didn't know what to look for. btw, i just watched u.m. with dennis farina this morning on spike t.v. 10/18/09
same here, the music creeps me out and when I was a kid I used to try and watch episodes with my brother when my parents weren't home and got the crap scared out of me more than any horror movie would
I have been looking for that particular episode forever. It is the one true memory I have of that show. Scared the hell out of me and I am dying to see it again. Does anyone know where I can find it? I am glad I was not the only one that was scared of that episode.
Does anyone remember an episode of Unsolved Mysteries that storied a bar with a ghost/goblin? A man who worked there came downstairs and saw it sitting at the bartop spinning glasses and he thought it was the owners kids, and when he told it to leave, it turned to face him, then jumped over the bar...?
yeah i remembered that one, but it wasnt on the ghost dvds and i wanted to see that one the most. This shit scared me as a kid and still scares me today, That epidsode scared me more than any stupid hollywood ghost movie ever has
show was and still is best ever and is genius

yeah, I remember that. It was built on a black cemetary called "hope" where slaves were buried.

@queenredspecial There was one a while ago about a place called "The Devils Backbone" in TX, they reckon its the most haunted place in America.
Is that what you were after or something else?

The music score to this is just as creepy as the opening theme to the UNSOLVED MYSTERIES Show! It's so gothic, it gives me the shivers.

I definitely agree with you on the music used in this eppy, just gives me the creeps every time I hear it.

I can accept the visions of ghosts. When I was a child I saw one myself. But when the bed came off of the floor that I don't believe.
