If I remember right They fought twice with the 2nd time CM Punk winning the title back. Eddie held the belt for like a night. I have both events. He also had some great matches with Chris Hero. which I hear he got signed by WWE.

@owenneil Yeah I don't really remember the 2nd match I was talking about the first. & he did but he blew his shot. He tested posstive for a banned substance while still in developmental & got let go which sucks!
