what do you achieve with this training?And how come they dont bite his leg and ALWAYS the hand?

@Ninitos1 you start off with the dog on a lead and you usually get the person with the sleeve to agitate the dog some how, make a bottle filled with rocks that makes a loud noise... something that winds the dog up so it wants to bite the human... the dog should be on a lead with a handler or attached to a wall or something so that he cant reach the person with the sleeve... the person with the sleeve will then walk closer so that the sleeve is the only thing the dog can reach
