  • If I had to say this song represented something, it would be the experience of growing up.

  • RandomMusicFun, why didn't you mention that Vash does not actually shoot the "star-crossed lovers"? He uses rubber bullets to fake their deaths enabling them to run away together... I guess you were implying that he didn't kill them with your use of the word "shoots" but why leave out details and type that? You spoiled that part of the story in typing what you did, so there was no reason to exclude some information from your comment like you were wanting not to spoil the story.

  • @ShichirouOugi Well I think he should've just put SPOILERS before posting that. But it is pretty useless to reply to a comment that is 2 years old. Lol.

  • @ShichirouOugi Dude, way to go, you explained the whole scene.

  • damn folks who whine about 'cliches' get over it.

  • this show is probably my favorite story of all time.

  • Where can i download/buy this awesome soundtrack!?

  • @TheKirbyUltimatum cdjapan.com ?

  • @Mtaalas All I could find was the Badlands Rumble Soundtrack. but thanks anyway :)

  • Does this song remind anyone else of Sonic Adventure?

  • best song

  • Vash's memory's throughout the past...... sad kinda get tears in my eyes when i hear this song.

  • Trigun was an odd anime for me, because it had a lot of little anime cliches that I hate, but it's still one of the few shows I stuck with all episodes. I'm thinking it's the soundtrack that held it together for me lol

  • I love that artwork :>

  • This song stuck with me the most

  • Best song on OST - by a slim margin.

  • To me, this is the perfect "redemption" theme. A protagonist realizes the folly of his/her ways, and through self sacrifice. It's that point where they realize that, while the path they're about to take is a hard one requiring much introspective thought and physical/mental pain, they can turn their lives around and make the world, at least in their small part, a better place.

  • my favourite song of the soundtrack from my favourite episode of my favourite anime series, TRIGUN!

  • I finished Trigun again last night, and this song was the first one that played when I looked the OST up. I actually felt really sad when I heard it, because it reminded me that there is no more Trigun to watch. Excellent series, the music and message rocks and the fighting is cool as well!

  • que buena melodia que hasta me hace llorar!!

  • i spose its my second fave trigun song, but not an angel is my fave for sure, honestly it made me cry

  • It sounds like a ridiculous dance club tune with the fast beat at first, then when the guitar and or synthesizer kicks in you immediately recognize the scenes and moments in the series it was played.

    Great ost track!!!

    Again thanks for posting this

    Peace

  • This song was only played during key moments of reflection in the series like when Vash & Knives crash landed on the planet and Knives was going to exterminate the awakening survivors & when Vash was about to stone Knives on thier journey to who knows where and again when Vash realizes that Meril was speaking like Rem by trying to convince the enraged gunman from killing Vash.

This song "(along with Rems song)" sticks in your head!

    Thanks for posting this!

  • I love this song.

  • I like how they play this song during very emotional scenes. It expresses so many emotions.

  • 3 persons didnt liked this:

    Knives

    Legato

    Justin Bieber

  • @cronoschild

    haha win.

  • @ZounaaS Garbage.... OF GOLD!!!!

  • @ZounaaS with diamond inside!

  • It's odd. I haven't heard this song for almost 8 years, yet I instantly remembered where it was from and the circumstances surrounding it. Then I realized a tear trickled down my cheek.

    I miss my childhood.

  • @gamerfreak5961 Same here man. Very nostalgic.

  • @HeatLegs I made a playlist and named it Nostalgic, this is on it, haha.

  • This song is amazing, I was so young listening to it 13 years olds

  • my bad guys i was the guy who disliked the video, it was by accident, Love the Song fits my life, i was jamming out and was going to press like and my part came on and i kinda moved my hand too much xD

  • why does this song make me cry it gets me every time its like youre life can go from amazingly beautiful to where you wish you were dead this song is beyond words to who ever made this song all i can say is..........

  • i've been clicking through all these songs looking for this one ^__^

  • Hero Music!

  • I feel like I could be playing a level of a game going through a jungle or tropics.

  • Personally.

This sounded like it came from a Crash Bandicoot game.

  • I think another good name for this song would be "Resurrected Death". ^_^

  • @midnightsun5857 (Wow, I take that back.)

  • Damn that thumb down over there!

I hope it was a missclick from a fan, that a dumb hater!

Anyway, i sure looove this song at 2:00, just makes me want to dream my life on while i listen to it.

  • genialazo man

    genialazo!!!!

  • were can i find the guitar tab for this song?

  • Makes me think of walking through a desert with tore up clothes and a red sky.

  • i like the tv version better im sorry i dont like that they have the beat on the track

  • Comment removed

  • I love how the beginning of this song makes you feel like everything is all good and natural and safe, until around the middle when it seems like something is horribly wrong, and you realize that you've been looking at it the wrong way.

  • hi hello..look im looking it´s your song from trigun adn i founded but in inglish i would like to know if you had it? in japonese.. when he remember was a boy.. please ?? thank you i hope that you can help me >o<

  • Guitar: Volume swells, learn them.

    Then play this song.

    No need for thanks.

  • @JxxFIZZLE I'd say it sounds more like when your in the chao world. & if you've played sonic adventure 1 & 2, I'm pretty sure you'd agree w/ me on this one ;D

  • @saitoasis90 If you ask me, it sounds like it's from Super Mario Sunshine. If their was like a dance level in that game or something.

  • Sounds like it came from Sonic Adventure 2.

  • @Readmit lol i love tht game but no way in hell does it sound like it came from tht

  • this song evokes my soul.

  • it's like the music is serene and peaceful...but theres something odd, wrong with it.

  • I always remember the scene in which this track first plays... at least I think it's the first time the track plays: when Vash "shoots" the two star-crossed lovers. I always remember it because of the way Milly walks up to Vash and, out of pure and utter disgust, slugs him.

Good track, and a great scene.

  • @RandomMusicFun Ah, that was a good episode.

  • @RandomMusicFun I was practically screaming at the screen "NO VASH NOOOO!" When he shot them, haha that was a great episode. What I think of when I hear this track is the scene where Vash is in the sand steamer and accidently shoots the henchmen badly, then he freaks out. Kite asks him why he doesn't kill them, and Vash says "The ticket to the future is always open"

  • @RandomMusicFun And then Wolf pops a rubber bullet into his skull. xD Gotta love that part "HEY! THAT HURT!"

  • It's that point in life where your confronted on all past dwells and problems where you choose to continue to live in your problems or confront them head held high a duel to the death of what's what the ultimate reality it's all what you make of it

    READY?

    >>LET'S GO !

  • this song kinda makes me think of the donkey kong country musich themes i love this song and its my favorite trigun theme

  • this song kinda describes the hardships vash went through in the series, none the less shiit is awsome

  • @6Trickster9 true but i personally felt Trigun ended at a good spot

  • dude you're right i can hear it now...ive never heard of someone else liking yes though! thats awesome in itself! i got to see them at madison square when i was 14. to this day.....best concert of my life....

  • I swear this guitar part was inspired from the intro of Yes' "The Ancient Giants Under the Sun." Take a listen.

  • This song kicks ass! I could listen to it all day everyday. I love the bass it's fucking epic! This whole track is epic! :D

(Cheap imitation of Vash) For Love And Peace! xD

    Vash is so awesome! <3

It's hilarious how there are parts when he's all serious then he gets goofy when he realizes he's in a bad situation.

  • (Cheaper imitation of Vash)

    Ahhh! I'm alive again!

  • gratz to the guitar on the epicness

  • I NEED TO FIND A FUCKING WAY TO GET MY GUITAR TO MAKE THAT SOUND WITHOUT THE PERCUSSION O"F PLUCKING THE STRINGS.

    caps

  • if youre talking about the rhythm low bass like sounding part then youre out of luck. its made with a synthesizer.

the actual lead part is a guitar, its called making the guitar whine. if youve ever seen a steel guitar they use one similar to it but rather than strumming it all you do is touch the string.

  • it almost reminds me of the freedom bar music from STALKER

  • i like the ver with no beat to it like on the show

  • perfect guitar. why cant someone just take this one piece and run with it and make an entire album. i would buy it a hundred times over. so freaking good

  • It is PART of an album, you know. And I want that album badly since it has alot of simply amazing pieces like this one.

  • the album is very good but its got a lot of background songs. you know, the stuff you dont really notice in the show bc its just sounds. the 2nd donuts is not worth getting imo. only like 3 actual songs on it.

  • I love this song !!! One of my favorite in trigun.

When I hear this song I always remember when Vash appears to fake the murder of the lovers in episode 11. He was so cool !!!

  • And when he finally recovers from his depression.

  • This is my second favorite anime theme which is second only to Gutts theme from berserk. Both are absolutely great anime to watch and suprisingly both anime aren't given enough credit thanks to some oversaturated anime like Naruto or Bleach. (Dragonball is fine as well as Dragonball Z and Bleach is actually alright, but both dragged on for far too long for me to care)

  • word for word my exact thoughts. i especially agree with your 2 favorite themes. gutts has a splendid theme indeed

  • yea like alot of the anime that ive watched are underrated or wasnt noticed till really late so no 2nd season like this anime was great but no 2nd season i wonder what trigun would be like if it had a season 2

  • Smooth

  • as i continue to internally fathom this

    i relax

  • i love the guitar in this this is one of the best tracks

  • This bass is soooooo..... :D

  • My absolute favorite. The entire soundtrack for this show is criminally underrated. As soon as I get some money I'm gonna buy this.

  • Uggg mee too D: i love the whole soundtrack and the 2d one.

  • The soundtrack is what makes me feel such emotional attachment to the show... it's fucking brilliant! This happens to be my favorite piece! :)

  • Seconded. Criminally.

  • see that is the problem the people with good taste in music are broke :(

  • Para mi... Una de las mejores Anime que vi,

lo malo es que sea tan corto n.n

aunque no me cansaria de ver esa actitud preocupada por los demas, ademas de no abusar de su propia fuerza, Vash se hace el tonto y eso me gusta.

  • do you remember the 4th chapter?

    when vash is dansing

what is the name of that song?

  • When he shot the kids, that was the one part I love the most. He really should of shown more of his dark side. Other than the Diablo episode. I love it when the good guy does something bad or turns bad.

  • But in reality when he shot the kids, it wasn't really a bad thing.

"Pretty tough to kill, when you shoot with rubber bullets." :-)

  • Couldn't agree more! :)

  • love this song woot

  • Whenever Vash does something bad, this song plays. When he was on the steamer and he accidentally critically wounded that guy despite his own insides being shredded by bullets, this song played.

Shot the kids with rubber bullets, etc etc.

  • oh my gosh love this song! and i'm finally getting the cd!

  • same here i listen 2 all songs alot

  • i listen to this song alot

  • a somber song played in the deepest moments or saddest moments of trigun

    god i love this song

    *sniff*

i need to get cd and the episodes set

  • way back into memory

    thks for the uploads

  • i remember this song so well from when i was watching trigun good times

  • Imagen a song that was played only during

the most deepest moments and knowing that no matter how long it was before you heard it again you would remember it and get sad but you wouldn't know why that for me was is this song

and thats why its my favorite

  • @helljumpper ths is why "no angel" is my favorite. this moment is tense, uprising and uplifting. you know something is about to happen.

"no angel" makes you feel docile. alone. it makes you feel surreal. you are one with the universe, yet exiled.

  • th..this song ive heard in the series something realy bad was happening

  • yeah this was when Vash shot the two kids with rubber bullets.

  • Awesome moment :D

  • Awesome!
