Hey there, thanks for the vid. I use felflame to reset unstable affliction, I think it's faster than recasting UA, is there any advantage to recasting UA that I don't see?

Just to let you know because you may want to add a note in the video that DOTs update on the fly now so clipping is not a problem BUT starting with the shadow bolt is still correct because the 5% crit for some reason does not not update on the fly seeing that it only apples on ability cast on the target. I am not sure when this change was implemented but check out other website IE Elitiest jerks , wowpedia, or tankspot.com

@LycanusX Use bane of agony if the target you are going to kill is going to die under 30 seconds or so. Otherwise bane of doom is better

Only issue for me was swapping haunt where shadow bolt was after I did that to your rotation I jumped up way up in dps only been affliction for 3 days n with ur video I went from 5k dps lmao to 13k with shity gear ... @X64Marduk mages but warlock got not to high damige on one spell but it got dots so the damige is fast mages hit high but they dont use dots (if its not a fiermage) ;3

If Fel Flame refreshed UA, it would be a dps gain. However, it only adds 6 seconds, so it would take so many casts of Fel Flame to actually keep it going that using UA nets you more GCDs to use on more worthwhile abilities.

@openaccessuser If you hit fel flamse off as u finish casting a shadow bolt on every 2nd or 3rd bolt you can get around the GCD then your UA never drops and you only ever have to refresh haunt and BOD

its kinda funny, when ever i was even .7% off from cap, ever refresh would miss, or my openings would miss.

and too be honest i have found that sitting at about 7k int is okay if you have a good regular burst. which i why i started toying with haste stacking. and its working pretty well.

Dark Intent a rdruid or a spriest, if you have read it when it procs it actually increases periodic damage and healing by 3% each time it stacks, also you open up with a haunt for the 5% and then shadow bolt after all dots are up for 10%, and 15% from shadow bolt proc... gawd l2warlock noob.

It's 9% on you and 3% on your target.. I know that and I don't even play a class that receives DI.

Gemming full hit gems is bad, its a higher net loss of int.

ive always wanted to have a level capped affli warlock but at the lower levels they all seemed really boring. and so i would keep on giving up. My latest try was a level 25 warlock which was demonology but again it got boring should i try going affliction to level? or will it be more boring?

@KacinMason Each class represents a different play style. Maybe a warlock just isn't for you. Have you tried other classes?

@KacinMason I'd say the best lvling spec for a lock would be Demonology, b/c of the extra stam and pet bonuses. As for the most FUN spec, thats a toss up. It's more about your personal playing style and preferences than anything. For me the most fun spec is Destro, but I feel that affliction pulls more dps at the moment. :/

@MarkusEkstrom For my castingbar I use an addon called "ecastingbar" For the big DoT icons, that is part of Xperl Unitframes, go under settings, go to target, on the target frame there should be a slider that says "target debuff scale" Just slide that up to around 7 or so
