didn't like the way the office at :53 was not using the sights at all on the M4....this is a school there could be innocents around the shooter...fight like you train and train like you fight. This is what this officer will do in an emergency situation!

im an mp in germany and we respond as a single patrol to active shoter max two must be nice to have a four man team....

@prnoble252 The teach tactics that can be used as a 4 man team, 3 man team, 2 man team etc...its much easier to run the classes using 4 man teams (you have time limits on training). The common school of thought since columbine and VA Tech is for the first responding officers to assault...it could be anywhere from 2 to 5 or more..

"You as patrol are going to be the first responders to active shooter". I call bullshit. All you Palm Bay cops? Yeah, you wouldn't respond fast enough. Why? Because you're too busy pulling people over for doing 1 over or 1 under the speed limit or pulling someone over for honking and waving at a cop.

I'm really glad you all are doing this training out there, but I have to question the wisdom of putting the video up for all to see. It only serves to show our enemies what our tactics are so they can prepare and train for them in the event of an assault. Many people in law enforcement consider these tactics law enforcement sensitive. Just some food for thought. Stay safe!
