Even if a womans husband is beating her to a pulp, emotionally abusing and degrading her and destroying her very spirit, as long as he doesent cheat on then it's tough luck lady, your stuck with him! Even if it destroyes your love for God you gotta stick with the loser and just roll with the punches! No wonder people hat christians who have put their trust in a questionable book and not in the holy God. The bible is the biggest idol in christianity and they done even see.

I loved this but SIN is SIN, none bigger than the other ... there are just some sins that hurt more than the others. Separation is a hidden divorce. There is nothing like work it out if your spouse treats you harshly and that breaks the covenant. Coming from someone who had been abused in every area in her marriage you think it can be worked out? You should not fear your husband and he has a violent temper .... we are not to be oppressed and not to put anyone before God including your spouse.

I agree and am in the process of awaiting divorce. i did not file so i cannot do anything about it. My responcibility is just to accept i will be single and thats just how it is. The question i have is those that did not know, that were unaware (non believers) that have already remarried then recieve the word, what are they to do?? Are you accountable for something you did not know ONCE you find out or does God take you from the point you are at and work towards the future?
