Tribal leadership is a really helpful idea. Unfortunately, this video's presentation of the idea is marred by the "please buy this car" energy of the salesman. The ideas in the book stand on their own. Hyping the ideas suggests the presenter is in Stage 3.
@cbebutuoy I agree with cbebutuoy. The Tribal Leadership book is one of the great I've read on the subject. However, I'm embarrassed showing this video because it deludes the effectiveness of the message with it's sales pitch type graphics and atmosphere.
