In reference to the video's description: Who cares? It was a quick pullback out of our galaxy. They didn't worry about the couple seconds it took to get our sun accurate, as that wasn't the point of the shot.

The zoom between the solar system scale and the galactic scale is highly truncated and it just sort of bales out at the end of the Galaxy bit to show just one galaxy in the marble. Well, for one, this ending was meant as a joke for the film's marble galaxy plot device. They did the same thing at the end of MIB II with the locker world thing. I'm sure MIB III will have a similar ending that references one of the film's plot devices. The marble galaxy thing has been negated several times in MIB since this film came out, particularly with the reference of traveling to other galaxies and being able to photograph galaxies outside our own.

"proportion" in space just deals with how close you get to it. for example, the earth looks many times bigger than the sun, because we're standing on the earth and the sun is 8 light-minutes away.
also, it's a little CG scene played as an outro for the movie... i'm sure they didn't go on exact measurements to make sure they recreated the galaxy properly to scale
