@ogoscar14 I thought about that to, at first when i saw the first episode i thought it would a cool twist to the series but as the episodes kept coming, i grew to hate every bit of it.

I mean compared to DBZ it sucked, but it wasn't the most horrible show of all time, it had some decent parts to it... like when Goku transformed ss4... when uub fused with majin buu... vegeta transformed ss4... and the best episode was when all the villains from DBZ were unleashed from hell... but other than that it was pretty much garbage.
@ogoscar14 nah it wasnt the most horrible but still on the bad list. pretty much the only cool parts were the transformations and the major battles such as baby, super 17, and syn/omega shenron. all that other fill in characters like general rildo and others were just terrible and embarrasing to the dbz universe.
The power levels in GT just don't make sense. I'm sure ssj Goten is stronger than Normal Goku. And I'm really sure ssj Gohan is Stronger than both ssj Goten and Normal Goku. ssj Goku I can understand kicking ass, due to the fact that he has been training all this time.

If Gohan still had mystic form he could of beat Goku. Goku's fighting skills are restricted in his child state as he qouted in one of the episodes so even if he did turn super saiyan 3 he would still lack the power to rival mystic Gohan.
And you'd think that goku would at least have some sense that gohan and goten are not really acting this way for some stupid reason and instead something has happened to them? he has to get told by the dude with the receding hairline (yes i know his name. its mr satan.) :P
to add to the controversial discussions, if I remember correctly during the Buu saga in Z gohan was no longer capable of turning super saiyan due to him being "mystic" but here he is shown being super saiyan. Anyone explain or am I wrong??
@dbzfan109 yes gohan can turn ssj. elder kai never said he lost that ability, plus elder kais ritual was wore off after gohan got absorbed by buu. buus magic cancels out kai magic. so gohan had to start training again. its all in the gt perfect files.

So strong in fact that Super Saiyan 4 can break a wish made by the Eternal Dragon. And don't even get me started on Goku VS Super 17...

I know Gohan and Goten didn't train at all during that time but I still doubt you can multiply your base power by 50 plus if your surpassing ssj3 in base form then that would be multiplying you base power by 400, which seems ridiculous.

That's why it's okay for gohan to go super saiyan even though after he got mystic powers in the buu saga, he wasn't supposed to be able to turn into a super saiyan. GT logic also makes it okay for Dende to get a medic kit for goku and uub after they finished training even though Dende has healing powers.
@fallinawayfromcali12 Whilst we're on the subject of plot holes, Z is just as bad. Raditz said Planet Vegeta was destroyed 4 years before his arrival on Earth, even though it was destroyed when Goku was sent to Earth. Also, when Goku trained with King Kai, his power level went from about 400 to 8000. When the humans died, they were around a 1000 but after King Kai's training, they could take on the Ginyu force where Vegeta struggled. Want me to go on?
@TheAmazingJoLuCo Most of the plot holes are explainable because a lot of them took place in the filler scenes. Like 5 minutes left before namek explodes which in the anime was 12 episodes of filler so the manga can catch up. Or goku surviving namek's explosion when it shows him dying. That only happened because originally dbz was supposed to end after the frieza saga with goku dying on namek.

@054martinm He was comparing him to Kid Buu actually. Super Buu was the strongest Buu, by now knowing that, it's pointless debating with you. Rildo in his normal form was a Kid Buu level fighter, in his final form is a different matter.
I'll explain the Buu's for you. Kid Buu = absorbed no one. Super Buu = Absorbed Fat Buu so Super Buu is two Buu's fused together. Hope that clears it up for you.

@054martinm Gohan was stronger than frieza form 1 because of the zenkais he recieved on namek. After 3 yrs of training for when the androids arrived he was even stronger. Then after training in the hyperbolic time chamber for about 10 months he was still weaker than perfect cell. Then after android 16 dying, he became a ssj2 which was just as strong as super perfect cell. The only person I could see goku in base form being stronger than is goten and trunks in ssj form, but definitely not gohan.

to add to the controversial discussions, if I remember correctly during the Buu saga in Z gohan was no longer capable of turning super saiyan due to him being "mystic" but here he is shown being super saiyan. Anyone explain or am I wrong??

Okay Gohan can't turn super sayian. When the elder kai unlocked his potential he lost that ability cause hes basically powered up all the time.

@dbzfan109 yes gohan can turn ssj. elder kai never said he lost that ability, plus elder kais ritual was wore off after gohan got absorbed by buu. buus magic cancels out kai magic. so gohan had to start training again. its all in the gt perfect files.

@DrGreenfox nope...Goku could evenly fight a guy "A lot stronger than Majin Buu" in just his normal state before having to go Super Saiyan...just to finish the job.

@PhantoMNiGHT321 Which is why GT doesn't make any sense. Goku in his base form shouldn't be able to take someone on much stronger than Majin Buu. He couldn't beat kid buu in ssj3 and yet in 10-15 yrs, his base form can take on goten and gohan in super saiyan form? Maybe goten since he's younger but even then thats a stretch and for damn sure not gohan because he got mystic powers from old kai. GT fails to make any sense.

@fallinawayfromcali12 Which is why DBZ was the best. During that series, Super Saiyan at least made some type of a difference, but in GT, they decided to make Goku uber strong. So strong in fact that Super Saiyan 4 can break a wish made by the Eternal Dragon. And don't even get me started on Goku VS Super 17...

@PhantoMNiGHT321 I didn't know ssj4 can break a wish made by the Eternal Dragon. That don't make any sense plus the ssj transformation alone make the saiyan 50 times stronger than in the base form, & theres no way that goku could've made himself 50 times stronger than ssj gohan.

@fallinawayfromcali12 Why couldn't he be that strong? He did train none-stop with the reincarnation of Buu in his normal form, so if he's more powerful then Uub then he's surpassed his SSJ3 form from the Z series.

I know Gohan and Goten didn't train at all during that time but I still doubt you can multiply your base power by 50 plus if your surpassing ssj3 in base form then that would be multiplying you base power by 400, which seems ridiculous.

@TheAmazingJoLuCo Well yeah with GT logic, nothing has to make sense. That's why it's okay for gohan to go super saiyan even though after he got mystic powers in the buu saga, he wasn't supposed to be able to turn into a super saiyan. GT logic also makes it okay for Dende to get a medic kit for goku and uub after they finished training even though Dende has healing powers.

@fallinawayfromcali12 Whilst we're on the subject of plot holes, Z is just as bad. Raditz said Planet Vegeta was destroyed 4 years before his arrival on Earth, even though it was destroyed when Goku was sent to Earth. Also, when Goku trained with King Kai, his power level went from about 400 to 8000. When the humans died, they were around a 1000 but after King Kai's training, they could take on the Ginyu force where Vegeta struggled. Want me to go on?

@TheAmazingJoLuCo Most of the plot holes are explainable because a lot of them took place in the filler scenes. Like 5 minutes left before namek explodes which in the anime was 12 episodes of filler so the manga can catch up. Or goku surviving namek's explosion when it shows him dying. That only happened because originally dbz was supposed to end after the frieza saga with goku dying on namek.

@fallinawayfromcali12 no it all makes sense. its ok for gohan to be ssj because the "mystic power"s already wore off at the end of buu arc. he was supposed to be a ssj because theres no temporary power boost any more. and the "medical kit" is an english dub error, not a gt error.

@054martinm He was comparing him to Kid Buu actually. Super Buu was the strongest Buu, by now knowing that, it's pointless debating with you. Rildo in his normal form was a Kid Buu level fighter, in his final form is a different matter.
I'll explain the Buu's for you. Kid Buu = absorbed no one. Super Buu = Absorbed Fat Buu so Super Buu is two Buu's fused together. Hope that clears it up for you.

he was comparing him to the only buu still alive. wasnt he talking to trunks at the time? im sure trunks knows of good buu and would assume gokus talking about him.
for all intents and purposes, kid buu no longer exists. he is uub. if goku was saying rildo = kid buu he would have said rildo = uub.

@054martinm Kid Buu isn't above Super Buu, I don't see how you can think this. He has no one absorbed, Super Buu is an evil Buu, stronger than Fat Buu who absorbed Fat Buu and became stronger then Kid Buu.

look online doesnt have the answers. goku has never reffered to kid buu as buu after meeting uub. for all intents and purposes, uub = kid buu so if goku wanted to say "this guy is on kid buus level" he would have said "this guy is on uubs level".

SSJ2 Vegeta could hold off Kid Buu, Super Gotenks who was at SSJ3 Goku level couldn't finish off Super Buu whilst Goku said he could have destroyed Kid Buu in his SSJ3 form.
You realise Uub's been training with Goku for 7 years, right? He's obviously gotten stronger than his Kid Buu powers after 7 years.

you realise it was 5 years, not 7 right? hes obviously reached his limitations. he surpassed kid buu when he fused with fat buu.
goku was wrong about being able to destroy kid buu. he regretted fusing and thought he was about to die.

@thenewchuchoarcila SSJ3 Gotenks is more powerfull than SSJ3 Goku. Goku had to go SSJ3 againt Fat Buu to be at odds with him, SSJ3 Gotenks was more powerful than Super Buu with no absorptions due to being able to beat him if he didn't mess about and got straight to the point.

@TheAmazingJoLuCo nah goku was prolonging the fight against fat buu to give trunks more time, he also said as he was about to fight kid buu that he could of easily destroyed fat buu but didnt to give the boys a chance to save the world, so he was holding back. and ssj3 gotenks was not stronger, he was equal in strength with super buu.

@054martinm Gohan was stronger than frieza form 1 because of the zenkais he recieved on namek. After 3 yrs of training for when the androids arrived he was even stronger. Then after training in the hyperbolic time chamber for about 10 months he was still weaker than perfect cell. Then after android 16 dying, he became a ssj2 which was just as strong as super perfect cell. The only person I could see goku in base form being stronger than is goten and trunks in ssj form, but definitely not gohan.
