Crimes and people should all be treated equally. If the constitution says anything at all, it is the antithesis of having specialized laws for the benefit of a privileged few.
Privileged? What on earth are you talking about? Firstly, the laws don't target groups of people over others. The language of these laws are such that they are inclusive like using words such as "race" which could apply to a white person as much as a black one, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Moreover, crimes are not equal and the nuances matter if we are to apply the law justly and fairly depending on the case scenario before us.
the only hate crimes I see are people hating white people (mostly blacks)
this is racism as well...
