James Barber was really awesome. I really miss him. His TV show taught me to cook for myself when I was a kid. His recipes were really easy and delicious.

man i the last time i heard that opening theme was over ten years ago! net 25 on late mornings. i'll never forget the episode where he made pistachio ice cream by taking storebought vanilla ice cream and KNEADING (yep bare hands) pistachios into it. best ice cream making technique ever.
