@nfsankit Hi, what amp/guitar/pickups/effects are you using? Everything make a difference including the lead and for me, the pick is very important!

amp - Roland Cube 20XL (metal stack) b-8 m-5 t-7 gain -10 (no rev/Del)

guitar - Ibanez 170DX ( standard ibanez Pickups)

pick - .71mm :P

@nfsankit Well, even when playing quite heavy stuff I use a tiny amount of reverb. As for bass, depends really. For me, mids are important and I hate too much treble. Sometimes I actually play with the treble on 2-4. Rarely above half, can't stand "fuzz".

The amp should be ok, although I would not personally play with that much gain. I swear by 1mm picks.

If you're keeping your guitar it might be worth changing the pickups sometime. Get a used pair off ebay? Stock pickups can be SHIT : \

@nfsankit I like DiMarzios, Bare Knuckle Pickups and I know seymour duncan's are pretty good. Because I play a lot of stuff I tend to avoid anything super, super high output like EMG's though.
