  • you say not to pour soy sauce on rice, but on wok - why is that? i've noticed that chefs usually do the same

  • More than half of the dish was eggs! Weird recipe to say the least...So many views though.

  • AMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ESTE PLATO, VI ESTO Y LO EMPEZÉ A PREPARAR, PERU ES LO MÁXIMO, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS MEAL, I SAW THIS AND I STARTED TO COOK IT, PERU ROCKS.

  • 炒飯(チャーハン)の作り方・レシピ

  • これは単に炒り卵と炒め飯の混ぜご飯だわ。

  • that rice is pre-cooked right?

  • @nadkun Yes. Rice is normally cooked a day early and thrown in the refrigerator until it's time to fry...

  • @kiahrogers I asked because when he trows the rice in it sounds... "dry".. like it wasnt cooked lol :) ty anyway

  • @nadkun You have to fry the rice until it looks a bit dry. Usually you can tell if you see some of the rice to pop up by the heat and it doesn't take long (do not overcook it). However, soggy fried rice is also disgusting.

  • @alquiora ... obviously no one is getting what i say lol by "dry" i mean it sounds like it wasnt cooked lol 'cause the sound it makes, its when he trows the rice in.. not in the end xd and yeah.. when you fry anything, you are taking out the water of it xD i've made this dish quite a few times with left over rice..

  • You have no idea how fun this is to watch. O_O

  • I tried this but all the rice went flying around my kitchen

  • @antiworkify hahahahhahahahahahahhahahahah . . . .

  • @antiworkify haha.. u wasnt frying rice, u're flying it

  • youtube.com/watch?v=AfceKC7EN8w&feature=fvst here's the video

  • lol fried rice is actually alot easier to make than this guy does it. and you don't even need a wok to do it as well. but you do need to practice a bit to make it better each time and just add some cooked pork or shrimp or chicken or beef to make it with the type of meat of your choice. honestly its as easy as making a dam burrito lol i do it all the time. and my family always bugs me to make it. if you want a nice easy way to make it and still taste good here's a video to help

  • @anthony20cali Why don't you post a video???

  • @anthony20cali Fried rice is one of those dishes that's easy to do but hard to master. The submitter is basically showing you the foundations of a great fried rice. Once you get that right, you are free to add whatever you want to your fried rice. My only criticism is that the submitter didn't tell us if he did any special preparation to the white rice i.e: was it cold rice, slightly dried rice, was it semi-separated etc.

  • @tranilator

day old, leftover rice is the best.

  • @turusankamesan Speaka English pleza

  • my favorite fried rice ever!!!

  • Very Good!!!! thank you!!!

  • tip: If you press the rice down against the pan you get OGAGE (it becomes crispy)... put it in a bowl after and then turn over on plate & the rice will be nicely shaped !!!

  • @craftychick150 you dont have to xx i dont think it tastes any different x

  • can i used boiled rice ?

  • Do you need the spring onion?? or can you not use it?

  • @craftychick150 I'm not chinese or anything, but my suggestion is to use it. If you don't like the taste of spring onions, just add less. it does contribute to the flavor of the dish.

  • wait, was that an electric pepper grinder?

  • Hey, I can't afford to be throwing out oil like that, lol!

  • way better than the expert village

  • This is the Ancient Chinese Secret ?

I thought it would have been more difficult.

  • @greenrolaids In asia, the fried rice is the easiest to cook but the hardest to master to get the best taste and fragrance.

  • @greenrolaids It may look simple, but unless you're a culinary genius, it takes years to master cooking fried rice. There are lots of factors that can determine whether or not your fried rice would taste good or bad: amount of heat; shape, material, and size of wok, choice of oil, and cooking time. Surprisingly, ingredients doesn't really matter. Needless to say, there are no set rules. Most good chefs have underwent countless trials and errors. That's the 'secret'.

  • thank you so much i tried this rice one year ago and i love it !!!! ou just helped me remember how to make it !!!!!! love it thanks!!

  • @iTrollThis you fail at being a troll

  • Seems like it's missing ingredients, but it still looks good.

  • The glycemic index entry for this dish is off the chart - PERFECT! I love the vast amount of egg used in this and the lack of 12 different vegetables.

  • @beeroosterm This is egg fried rice, which 12 different vegetables would you be adding other than spring onions and perhaps some petit pois? the egg content is absolutely right as there is no meat included. I think you must have been thinking of something completely different, I do not know of 1 traditional chinese fried rice recipe that includes 12 different vegetables, mind you being American I would not expect you to know a great deal about cooking, pancakes, bacon and maple syrup nuff said.

  • @FlyingArmBarU So much for English manners. Apparently you have some notion that I was complaining about this recipe when in fact I was paying the poster of this video a great compliment. I'm interested in what part of my comment it was that caused you to think I was disparaging the dish. Was it when I stated it was PERFECT? When I stated I LOVED the vast amount of egg used? Or was it the more subtle reference to a lack of vegetables that confused you? Fuck you and your stereotypes, cunt.

  • 簡単、早くて、チャーハンを最初に作る人には最適な感じだね。
