  • Its better then spending the rest of your life in a cage .

  • we should regulate births so this kind of stuff doesnt happen

  • Thank god we dont have it in britain it was banned here in the UK in the 60,s now the US have to ban it thumbs up if you agree

  • I live in America we kill anyone who doesn't agree with us! God bless America

  • IT'S NOT EXECUTION, IT'S FUCKING MURDER!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • barbaric

  • Looks like the UNC dorm rooms...

  • NOTE: in most states now, you are no longer allowed to physically touch loved ones before exicution.

    FUCK THE SYSTEM

  • Comment removed

  • @fobba101r I do agree with killing those bastards, but I don't agree with wrongful execution

  • @chrischoy9 Why would you agree with a wrongful execution?

  • @kimmykola read my comment again. This time word by word

  • @chrischoy9 I did. I was curious why you felt it necessary to even state " I don't agree with wrongful execution", who would?

  • @kimmykola Read both sentences and you'll get the opposite meaning

  • @chrischoy9 I read both.

  • @kimmykola It means I agree on killing murderers who killed the innocents, but I don't agree on wrongfully executing innocent victims.

Wrongful execution = Innocent victims being executed by the "countries" justices system

"I don't agree with wrongful execution" = I do not agree with innocent victims being miss-judged and put into death penalty.

    Understand now?

  • @chrischoy9 I understood what you said from the start but I was just curious why you had to make a statement that you were against wrongfully executing innocent victims. My point was why would you have to qualify a pro death penalty position with a statement like that. How could any rational person be in favor of executing an innocent person. Thanks for the replies and stay well.

  • @kimmykola Why are you criticizing me? I am not showing off here that I know more than any other youtuber! Firstly there was a problem where you miss-understood what I meant. I would like to say that us teenagers are used to exam style hence answering things in full detail (not when socialising or talking). If I only answered the first part of that 3 mark question, I would only get 1 mark because I left something really important.

    I ain't a "pro" at jail stuff either, I have a life

  • @fasfsdfasd Let's see, Vietnam for one. :P

  • @fasfsdfasd Death penalty is NOT 100% fool proof, you idiot.

  • PISS poor film maker, PISS poor editing techniques, PISS poor filming techniques, PISS poor image composition, PISS pour fucking accoustics - haven't you heard of clip-in mics ?

  • No one has the right to kill another human, Regardless of what they did, Death Penalty is a easy way out, Life in prison is a lot better as you are put through hell.

  • I have to write a two page essay on this video.

  • I LOVE THE DEATH SENTENCE 2 GET RID OF THE SEMI HUMAN PARASITE THAT KILLS INNOCENT PPL COZ HE FEELS LIKE IT I SAY DEATH SENTENCE SHOULD STAND WHO EVER WANTS 2 GET AWAY FROM IT COME 2 SYDNEY AUSTRALIA WE DONT HAVE THE DEATH SENTENCE U CAN KILL RAPE ROB AND GET VERY LITTLE JAIL TIME WHEN U DO ITS PARADISE NOT LIKE THAILAND JAILS SO FEEL FREE

  • I don't agree with this at all...

  • @dshai0803

I agree with you. Especially since the United States justice system is so broken that innocent men have been executed because it's sometimes difficult to convict someone with 100% accuracy. Not to mention it costs a lot more to convict someone the death penalty than to house them in jail for a life sentence. But I do agree with some executions of individuals that have committed multiple murders out of either religious fanaticism or just plain cold blood.

  • it just feels wrong to kill

  • A fireing squad does not require a doctor.

Put a cap on what lawyersa charge the state. Limit the appeals process.

  • @tweeetme By expediting the process, more innocents will die. What is one innocent life worth against the guilty lives of 10 others? 100 others? Who are you, I, or anyone to dictate what life is worth?

  • I dont belive in death penalty i belive that God gave u life and no has da right to take it from u

  • @nayeliacosta

I would offer myself to the death penalty. What gave me the right to take someones life i want to get out of this world quick asap. because I believe in can find some hot alien pussy.

  • @nayeliacosta But the person has a right to kill? You make 0 sence.

  • @nayeliacosta take your god and shove him up your ass and not into the Justice system

  • @fasfsdfasd your right, i don't hate america, i hate the people. America has a strong military which has lost just about as many battles as its won... to thirld world countries haha.

  • @fasfsdfasd

I agree it is justice, but for such a dumb nation that has managed to execute 129 innocent people in the last 30 years, which is probably a 3rd of those executed, it stupid that it still exists. 1 in 5 americans can't point to the USA on a world map and 1 in 8 americans don't even know the month and day 9/11 took place, i don't think you should be doing such a 'careful' job. And by modern democracies i think you mean you? The US should get invaded by the EU, it's for your own good

  • What kind of sick people can support something like this? Capital punishment is clearly nothing but the cold-blooded murder of defenseless human beings. Would you also suggest that we rape rapists etc? The barbaric behavior of violent criminals is not to be copied by the state. Do also consider the family and loved ones of the offender. They are victims in this as well. To be forced to bury your own child is a parents worst nightmare. Don't put anyone through that!

  • @fasfsdfasd actually im british, i don't think i'd be spelling that well if i were french and the 'new generation' still in school.

And his opinion is just so shockinly stupid i don't mind calling it so. You don't put a value on human life like that. The fact that the US still execute people just shows that americans are still primative minded. No developed countries do it anymore except for you. Maybe you should leave your border before passing judgment on the US being the best country.

  • @fasfsdfasd How old are you? Maybe you should wake up to the realisation that the 'new generation' are born with the internet, not with books. And the fact that short hand spelling is becoming increasingly common among youths. People just don't text full sentences anymore, and this behaviour is increasingly being translated onto the internet. Now I'm assuming you're American, most spelling critiques are... maybe it has to do with the prevalence of under educated people there?

  • death row inmates have a better life than regular citizens in north korea. that sucks.

  • Why not just put a bullet in the back of their head ? Im a c.o and no way in hell would i participate in this kind of execution . Im all for the death penalty but damn this is just sad and costs way to much money . A bullet costs 2 dollars .

  • Fucking "legal" killers

  • STOP THE DEATH PENALTY!!!! If a person kills, he's a murderer. Put him in prison for life. What's America's excuse? It senseless and many countries do well without it! You can't keep killing off the world!

  • I just find it ironic that with all this imposed people are still killing people! It doesnt stop people from harming anyone.

  • One of my cousins had to be on death row r.I.p. Mooki

  • @THEBRIANNA77

    I am so sorry.

  • America is getting soft. what happened to hanging and firing squads? screw all these liberals who are against the death penalty. why would you want a murderer to live off your tax money for the rest of his/her life?

  • sell them to science who cares if they die in experiments get rid of the death Penalty

  • I believe it is not a human's place to say who deserves to live and to die. Besides a possible mistake can't be corrected, and they do happen.

However when the person is found quilty of a terrible crime, doesn't feel remorse and there's no chance of being wrong the death penalty is an option.

But even then it should be done without tens of years waiting the execution at society's cost. And without causing unnesesary pain.

  • @fasfsdfasd WAY TO TELL 'EM BUDDY, I'M A PERSON WITH A DISSABILLITY FROM ONTARIO CANADA AND I AM SUPPORTED BY COMMUNITTY LIVING AND ALONG WITH OTHER SELF ADVOATES FROM OUR TEAM, WE DO A PRESENTATION IN SCHOOLS AT BOTH THE ELAMENTRY AND THE SECONDARY LEVEL AND ONE OF PRIORITIES IS TO TALK ABOUT HOW THE "R" WORD BECAUSE IT IS MEAN NO MATTER WHAT CONTEXT IT IS USED IN. ADD ME ON YOUTUBE AND WE CAN GET BETTER AQUAINTED. TAKE CARE MAN!!!

  • @fasfsdfasd Urm no one would simply say I posses an unrestricted linguistic code and subsequently use a wide variety of vocabulary what's more your strawman argument is a poor one. Please do reflect upon this experience and learn how to refute someone in the correct manner. The overall flaw with your technique is hypocrisy and the lack of a coherent argument, devoid of logic and sense.

  • @fasfsdfasd You can try and dictate this argument all you like. The matter of the fact is simple, you've resorted to racial slurs and then tried to dictate what language is and is not acceptable, such blatant hypocrisy leaves you with no leg to stand on. What's more not once have you actually responded to my original point with a logical, coherent and sensible argument. I think it's time you recognised that your pretentious cunt drivelling statments and ramblings are in no way of a benefit.

  • Bullshit if anyone thinks murderers should one day walk free. It's very simple you KILL someone then YOU get KILLED too.

And not this lethal injection nonsense, i'm talking that if someone for example shot an innocent person in the chest, when the killers time on death row is up the officer/warden takes him outside and at point blank range is shot in the chest too so he/she can suffer like the innocent victim did.

This, this is the REAL meaning of JUSTICE.

  • very harsh :(

  • Let the punishment fit the crime that's why i like texsas you kill somebody they will kill you back hippies saying capital punishment is rong poppycock

They have convicts working for the community if you on death row you brought it on your self dont expect mercy because you were incapable of showing it

  • @fasfsdfasd So if I use your logic technically you failed as you didn't go to London or Glasgow. Wow you're truly retarded.

  • @fasfsdfasd So I can use your logic and state you've never been to london or glasgow, so you fail. It works both ways, you really do portray the stereotypical idiot devoid of logic.

  • Respond to this video... rate is something to be proud of and that truly does reflect how immature you are.

  • @fasfsdfasd Evidently you're the immature one as you're using racist slurs and what's more the statistics are quantitative from a reliable source and also valid as the method used to obtain them has been repeted and yielded the same results. In London and Glasgow as well as Manchester and Liverpool you're proven to be at more risk of being beaten or stabbed to death than in any other American city. What's more though why are you getting defensive about that fact? You're acting as if a high crime

  • @fasfsdfasd LOL actually you should learn your facts ;) in glasgow the drugs capital of europe you're seven times more likely to be stabbed to death randomly or in a gang related incident than in any other city in America. Please do your research and evaluate the statistics for yourself, you useless cunt tard :)

  • Some people will say states with the highest number of executions do not deter crime. ie Texas, 472 Virginia,108 Florida,69 I say it is still a deterrent and even those few hundred execution aren't enough. Every convicted murderer should be executed within 2 years, no exceptions. Not hundreds but thousands.

  • U should have used a lavalier mike. I might actualy understand wat hes saying.

  • Can someone explain the logic in teaching that killing is wrong, by killing? It's not even a sentimental thing, it just makes no sense. Fuck, Americans are the stupidest people on Earth.

  • @annefrankisaho Couldn't agree more. Americans really don't use logic sometimes.

  • @annefrankisaho because america is the ONLY country to have the death pealty

  • murder is murder no matter who commits it and that includes the state. it's more than feeling sorry for those on death row. It's knowing the difference between right and wrong. plain and simple any type of murder is wrong.. God Bless all those on death row, their loved ons and their victims...

  • The death penalty is NOT the easy way out ... Just imagine what the prisoner is feeling walking down the hall knowing he gonna die. They mist shit bricks and wish they never committed the crime

  • The death penalty is the easy way out. They should stay in jail and suffer. That's how I feel, it should go. I mean sitting in jail and thinking about dying and the death penalty is not enough. Obviously they did some terrible to deserve so they deserve to be ganged, starved and what not. Electric or injection is just the easy way out.

  • Deathpenalty is NOT an ultimate form of punnishment!

  • I wish they would televise executions. For those against the death penalty, it would help raise awareness to many that can care less what happens, well, until maybe they see it and can better judge for themselves. For those for the death penalty, it may change your mind, if not it would be interesting to see (I think). For others that have yet to have a life changing decision that could send them to Death Row, it might even sink in their minds enough to change that decision.

  • living on death row is less dangerous then being a chicago crack dealer in the 90's. Many of these people wait 1o's of years before being killed

  • fuk that i don't care if i get the most painful death penalty i would rather take this then ur whole life in prison

  • He was talking and wanting to know about the fact that doctors are not allowed to "participate" in the execution.

  • This is not in aspects of being good - First they give you drugs to put you in a como

and then they injectate you with drugs that ensure you cannot be in mode of moving around. So no person of doctor or warden will really know if the executee is in mode of agonated or not - I do not support the death penalting!

  • Kill em so we don't have to pay our hard earn money to support them

  • The problem with the death penalty in the USA is that the condemned may have to wait years before sentence is carried out. When the |UK had hanging it was done within 3 weeks of judgements. Not so many appeals and delays.

Remeber also, innocent people have been executed.

  • Death row. I am 100% for it.

  • @fasfsdfasd Also it is the drugs capital of Europe so clearly you know fuck all about the UK. But then again if I use your logic, you're an American fag so what do you know about British crime rates? Fuck all evidently.

  • @fasfsdfasd Firstly fuck you. A British fag? So because someone is British they are naive about other countries urm possibly cunt bucket he may have a degree in American studies or international relations or even American politics. There is undoubtedly foreigners from all over the world with a better understanding of your judicial system. So that argument is flawed. Also if you look at the crime rate of Britain in ratio with its population its the highest in Europe.

  • PRISON IS SUCH A WASTE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS.......CONVICTED MURDERERS; EATING, AND EXISTING FOR FREE!!! THEY AREN'T REQUIRED TO WORK, OR OTHERWISE EARN THEIR KEEP.....CONVICTS SHOULD HAVE TO WORK FIELDS FOR THEIR FOOD AS WELL AS MEDICAL TREATMENT.....ACRES OF CROPS TO WORK, IF THE CROP ISN'T TENDED TO, THEY DON'T EAT!! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A RAPIST TO HAVE FOOD???

  • I AM A CORRECTIONS OFFICER AND THE OUTSIDE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK IN A PRISON. HERE IN NC, DEATHROW INMATES ARE CODDLED AND TREATED LIKE INNOCENT BABYSISTERS....DEATHROW IS A JOKE....PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT EXECUTING A CONVICTED MURDER DON'T TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE COSTS OF HOUSING, FEEDING AND EXPENSES AN INMATE RACKS UP IN A YEAR'S TIME, BUT WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT TAXES, GAS PRICES AND COSTS OF WAR....

  • @cementandrocks How many innocent people have you sent to death?

  • @Djinnmeister As I stated, I am a corrections officer, not a judge.....so the answer to your question would have to be NONE!!

  • @cementandrocks Well who gave humans the right to kill, for ANY reason?

  • @djkissbird Nature. It's in our nature to kill, whether for protecting someone/something we love from being killed/destroyed, or for some sick pleasure. It's been going on since the dawn of mankind, and it won't ever stop.

  • @djkissbird God? :D

  • @djkissbird free will

  • @djkissbird we did, other humans.

  • @djkissbird we should do that anyway when somebody becomes to dangerous to live in society

  • @cementandrocks

It's good that people with first hand experience debate.

c5869y is correct - innocent relatives suffer more than the inmate. Can you imagine how painful it must be for his children.

Losing a parent to illness or accident is extremely challenging for a child, knowing their dad is going to be killed must be unbearable.

The state will have to pay for child' counselling. Later on the chances of the executed kids becoming useful tax paying members of society must be reduced.

  • @cementandrocks lol, so you agree that the death penalty is fair because they are pampered? That is horrible reasoning. Inmates bring in a lot of money, the food you feed them is shit, a pig wouldn't eat it and we can complain about "TAXES, GAS PRICES AND COSTS OF WAR" because were not fucking inmates in your prison, we're citizens of America. Seriously, your reasoning man. What about the people who will be affected by a person's death that are innocent? The mental stress? Just give em life

  • @1Mastermind1990 All the reasoning you gave...existed with the victim's family FIRST!!! Do you not realize that your taxdollars are housing/feeding convicted killers? Life imprisonment will cost you more than the death penalty...Do you even have a job to offer taxdollars??? If you did, it only makes sense to care where your money goes...Yes, taxdollars support a war, a war I participated in and I highly doubt you did, however spending money on a convicted kiler is not in my portfolio

  • @cementandrocks do you know how the prison system works? When your tax dollars go to a system like the prison system, IT IS GOING TO KEEP IT RUNNING SMART ASS. Captain obvious strikes again. You're doing a lot of bitching and complaining, maybe you should quit everything you're doing and get on government assistance. I don't give a shit about your problems, don't complain to me. You should be worried about where tax dollars shouldn't go. Like poorly regulated govt programs.

  • @1Mastermind1990 I'm sorry, did I mention to you any of my problems? Please disregard any further posts I may put out there, sir. OK, I couldn't resist.....I'm willing to bet my last dime, you are an ex-con......pathetic loser.

  • @cementandrocks lol, a Ex con? That was your bets comeback? Really? That actually made me laugh. I see you're the head of your class, of course that class being a bunch of retards.

  • @cementandrocks LOOK I TYPE IN CAPITALS TOO!!!!!!!

  • @cementandrocks You're joking right. It costs more to kill an inmate then it does to house him for life simply because of the countless court appeals they go through to get the sentence changed. Learn the facts before you say something.

  • @blackcross10 totally, if you get sentenced to death, you're appeals should be processed within 2 years max. and then executed once all that shit is over. Tax payers are paying a lot for Death Row inmates, having them on death row for 20+ years is obnoxious. if you're going to do it then DO IT! And it's not just the appeals that drive up the costs. death row is single person housing with guards assigned to them etc.. I'm not going to get into it but it takes a lot of resources.

  • @cementandrocks Yeah.. he costs too much, let's kill him

  • @cementandrocks rofl your so stupid.

  • @PlaneAU and u work at what correctional facility?

    ur a jackass

  • @fasfsdfasd and god said: i shalt not bare witness to man judging man, thou shalt be sent to my kingdom for only there will thou suffer the true rath of god. for those who dont know it means that god will judge us but we cannot judge each other, judge lest ye be judged....

  • i personall believe haveingg the murderer or accusedd murderrer of sayy my childeren, i woudnt wish him/her to be put to the death penalty. having someone to die fo the crime they commit isnt going to brin anyone back, its justt another live lostt. life in prison is fair punishment. they wont be in the world to kill anyone ese. is all i would want, not have another life gone, no persons life is better then anothers.

  • That's true, they'd have to live in guilt for what they've done.

Doctors participate in determining the end of execution, not the execution itself.

  • And to think that I, yes I, pay my hard earned tax dollars for the defense of cold blooded murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and the like! We spend millions, yes MILLIONS of dollars defending, prosecuting, judging, opining, reading trash news, speculating facts - All the while opponents of the death penalty, usually proponents of some said religion, whine. I'd never wish or hope death to anyone in particular in all my years, but consider having a loved one get murdered. You might forgive. I wont.

  • California is the biggest disgrace when it comes to the death penalty. Yeah there's a death penalty here but none of them ever receive it. The only thing anyone receives is a fat bill for the taxpayers to take care of them when they on "death row" and the victims families receive a bunch of broken promises. It's one thing to be against or for it but it's another to be lied to about having it.

  • we only get one life... when its done were over, finished, finito.... its really wrong to do gods work... except if your in the military of course,

to kill someone if your told to is fine lmfao

  • Who does the death penalty punish?

I have terminal cancer, my husband & my two sons are going to suffer. I thank God that I'm going to die & not the people I love & care about. It would be so much harder to watch my one of my children die.

Once the person has been killed, the innocent suffer. The inmates mother & father, grandparents, siblings, children.

I suggest life in prison is a harsher punishment for the guilty.

  • @c5869y so you're for torture.(And before you even think the thought that its not, living out the remainder of you days in a prisoncell, that only has a bed and a crapper, is torture)

  • Comment removed

  • @siggi1b1svela okay your making yourself look so arrogant its embarasing me for even readding such an ignorant comment, But RARELY any prison cells have a "bed and a crapper" they have the abilitly through good behavior to have as much as the "free" you obviously have no clue what your talking about. Fucking moron

  • @ChronicCrystal18 I guess you´ve bin in prison right?

Maybe a Guard there, so you´ve seen with your own eyes how this works?

or are you just some random 12 year old jackass you watched to much "The Wire"

I like the fact that you ended your comment with "Fucking Moron" when you don't know how this works your self, you don´t know what scenario i was talking about (High security/low, what crime and so on)

maybe you should step away from the computer, take your Ritalin, and calm down.

  • @siggi1b1svela Torture? On what planet is that torture? They are two of the basics a human needs, along with bread and water. They should be thankful they're still alive after tearing a family apart by commiting murder. They deserve nothing better.

  • @GavHTFC Okey, your obviously so out of touch with reality that its going to take more than 500 characters to make you even have the slightest bit of knowledge about, well, anything (btw, read up on torture, there is something called Psychological Torture, in my world, knowing you have to sit in a jail cell for the rest of your life count, weather you killed someone or not). so just for my own ego pleasure, and to get it out of my system: YOUR A MORON OF COSMIC DIMENSIONS

  • @sigsveservers I'm out of touch with reality...says the person who throws round insults, has no argument, tries making other people look stupid from the off and can't get your/you're right.

Your opinion means a lot to me.

    You're = You are.

Your = it belongs to you or it can be attributed to you.

  • Part 2

who ever stopped to think that it might be OK to try and help these guys

a lot of these people where raised by abusive dads, or neglecting moms.

Why is it OK in your mind to defend the killings or torturing of other people. and, I KNOW, these people have usually done pretty terrible things but,

unless we're going to follow the bible's "An eye, for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth", witch would lead to a very eyeless and toothless world

  • Part 3 (This ended up being quite a lot longer than i expected, but don't dare TLDR me)

    I SUGGEST

that helping the people who rapes 14 year old (As they are obviously mentally ill)

and if they "Deserve" life time any where it should be in a mental hospital, but the bottom line

they should get helped, not be tortured like where still primitive cavemen with the need to get revernge by killing other human-beings or torturing them for life

  • @siggi1b1svela

    You entirely missed the point.

The comment c5869y made was expressing concern about all the innocent relatives & friends who suffer when the death penalty is imposed.

She is clearly facing death and expressing concern for her family. Its called empathy.

In no way was she suggesting torture. What an inconsiderate & stupid comment to make.

You should challenge some of the unconscionable vile comments other people make who are for retribution.

  • @c5869y

I agree the death penalty punishes the wrong people.

How must a child of an executed parent feel.

  • @c5869y I completely agree. I also think that the death penalty is ultimately an easy way out for the prisoner in question. As you said, life in prison is a tougher punishment for those who are guilty.

  • @c5869y Let me first say how sorry i am for your situation, but the way i see it is family's who have had a loved one murdered then that family most of the time would want the killer executed rather than living in prison and still alive through tax payers money, but i understand what your saying.

  • @c5869y I just gave you thumbs down..I think you should feel the same way for the victim..

  • @c5869y By the way yor cancer has nothing to do with video..please stop...commenting like this

  • @everybodylovessachin

I'm sorry you feel that way.

I was trying to express the point that more' innocent people' suffer when the death penalty has been imposed.

Bereaved children suffer great sadness and loss, knowing as a child your daddy is going to be killed will be even more damaging & Painful.

  • @everybodylovessachin

I believe in 'freedom of speech'.

Followers of the philosopher 'Voltaire' stated "I might not agree with what you say but I will defend, to the death, your right to say it..

  • @c5869y I am a non believer in an afterlife myself though you speak truth. I hope you transition peacefully :) <3

  • @DjTommyKx

    Thank you

I believe we have one life to do good or bad.

I don't agree with death penalty because the innocent suffer. How must a child feel knowing their daddy is going to be killed?

I believe if children live with violence they learn to be violent;. If children live with gentleness they will learn to be gentle.

    Live long and prosper

  • @c5869y true

  • @c5869y im very sorry to know about your situation. i hope there is still miracle in your life...

i very much agree with you! why punish the relatives of the one who commits sin by killing the person they love? life inprisonment is the right punishment for major sins.

  • @c5869y if he had killed a member of my family, I would want him to die.

  • @c5869y you dieing bro?

  • @conman2317

    Thank you for replying.

Sadly I am losing my life to advanced cancer.

I typed in death & dying, as I wanted to be as well informed as possible, hence coming across this site. Knowing how tough my death will be on my children, my husband and other family members made me feel the death penalty punishes the innocent. more than the guilty.

  • @c5869y You mad bro?

  • Killing them means we are just as bad. Sometimes there have been cases where they've been innocent. Forcing them to work for the community is the best bet. And they shouldn't be allowed luxuries. Best of both worlds. Done.

  • Wish the UK had the Death Penalty back.

  • @adzyb69 AGREED :-)

  • @mickparker0 How is it sick? Sick piece of shit should die for there actions.

  • @mickparker0 You're lucky you don't have the death penalty? Lol it was Europe about 300 or so year ago they had decapitations and such badass executions.

  • @mickparker0 you're lucky why? are you planning to murder your kids or become a serial killer? LOL

  • the problem with death pentalty is that the person who carries it out is a murderer themselves and has killed somebody also. that puts them on the same level as the condemed. its such a waste. i think locking people in cells is a waste of talent. we shoudl force them to work off their crimes. maybe we should offer them positions in the military like bomb disposal instead of deathrow. it would be better to use killers for somethign useful rather execute them as they are often of high iq

  • @210482fmj the definition of murder is "UNLAWFUL" killing of someone. executing someone on death row is not unlawful - therefore, not a murderer.

i think it's interesting you say an executioner is equal to murder but then you say they should be put in the military -- wouldn't a soldier be a murderer too in your eyes, if all you have to do to be "on the same level as the condemned" is kill someone?

  • you say they are sick in the U.S. mickparker. Well whatwould you reaction be if you had children that were raped and or murdered. My money says you would not give them a hug.................

  • I believe the death penalty should only be used in extreme, extreme cases, such as the ones described in the Top Comment. Other than that, only God can take away life.

  • I hope some of the things I'm reading are a joke. I don't understand how people can be FOR legal homicide. Yes, people out there do disgusting and heart wrenching things, but what about the people who get wrongly convicted? You're all SEVERELY naive if you think it's only 1 person, every so often, who gets executed innocently. Read up about the facts of withheld evidence and witnesses being coaxed into lying, before you eagerly deal out death and judgement.

  • Why not let a criminal suffer being in prison for the rest of his life, make his life as dull as possible as a punishment, killing someone is surely putting them out of misery?

  • i feel bad for that guy.

How he can be involved with all those executions and live a normal life. I don't think I would ever get used to that.

  • yea, if those murdered people are your parents, children, lover, would you still feel sorry for the criminal ?

  • @yan5116482 I'd probably want them dead. but still. i would pity their existence more than anything. i'd want them to suffer. not just die.

  • Hey Scott, how did you get the warden to give you this nice, detailed tour of the process? Did you offer him a payment, badger him with requests, or was he just interested in sharing the details to you himself?

  • I totally agree!!!!!!!!!

  • we don't have the right to take away people's lives even if they commit an unforgivable mistake all i can say is.It take a lot more courage to forgive someone than to take on a revenge

  • @markvans777 It takes a heart of stone and a huge lack of respect for the murderer's victim to forgive what happened to the victim.

  • @markvans777 but then they have to learn from there mistake and there usaly put in for life

  • @markvans777 thank you. finally, someone not tainted with bitterness

  • @MikkiOfTheAnbu im glad to hear that there still people like you and me

  • As a former employee of the prison system, I know I was often unable to maintain a healthy perspective. But in reality, when you let the horror of the crime touch you, and fill you with hate and anger, you become a victim yourself.

Having empathy for all involved, including the victim and the perpetrator while maintaining my objectivity is what I wanted to do.

Devolving into an anger filled self righteous judge is what I did.

  • Is having a doctor present for the execution really necessary? What these people did to deserve their execution is unthinkable and I'm sure they didn't worry about having a doctor present while raping and stabbing their victims 137 times as one man did in Texas. Who cares if an execution has complications. Don't serious medical complications usually result in DEATH?

  • @dvsbmx The right to corporal punishment exercised by one man over another is one of the evils that afflicts society, it is a sure means to smother any seed of civilization and to cause it to decompose"

    F. Dostoyevsky

  • @morry271 rubbish. The execution of evil by a man is one of the hopes of justice when evil tries to spread to society. It is necessary to exterminate evil.

  • @dontbullshitus There is a world of difference between revenge and justice, I have yet to meet an American who understands that.

  • Why is the death certificate mark suicide?

    It's murder or execution'd .

  • Last meals ?????????? why do you need to eat if your gonna be dead in an hour .. starve the bastards to death .

  • @peterm3964

    lol.

  • Why don't you read descriptions of what the people on death row did to deserve it. Many of them murdered children! They deserve the death penalty and nothing less. One man in Texas poisoned his childs halloween candy with cyanide. One in arizona burned his two year old alive by dousing her with gasoline and setting her on fire. These people may be sorry for what they did, but what they did is unspeakable. I do not feel sorry for them one little bit.

  • @cowbellpeaceprize I support the DP on the extreme cases. like the ones you mentioned. The US only gives death to the worst of the worst. Very few get death. What you did had to be so sick so horrible that people can not even talk about it.

  • @meronmotors You fail to mention that its not the worst of the worst, but more often the poorest of the poor who get the death penalty

  • @cowbellpeaceprize people are always telling me that killing is wrong. i believe this wholeheartedly. executing someone because they took another human life is the sickest most perverted form of american "justice" because killing doesn't end the pain. it breeds revenge and sorrow and wickedness. its also a release from the hardships of life for these creeps. instead of living to repent, they get to die and just end the hardships. the death penalty is an escape. merciful if you ask me. its wrong.
