its not hard to this firs open new, then you go to filters>render>Fibers>randomiz­e or until it has lots of fiber lines. then go to filters>distort>polar coordinates make sure the rectangular to polar is selected.then duplicate the layer. then go to image>rotate canvas> vertical rotate.

There is nothing "tutorial" about this. A tutorial is meant to teach how to do something, this is just more a "making of", where we see the process, but aren't shown how to replicate it. Like in all those "Speed-painting" videos, you watch them do it, but you get no idea of what they did.

Yeah, it could help to slow it down some and get into the "How to" details. However, as a Photoshop user myself, I was able to absorb most of what you were doing. I just haven't thought of using the tools in that way before. Two ideas I Really appreciate are the Fibers Radial + Lighten Cresent in the concave iris. I'll use those for sure. Thanks.

I agree with those who mention that this itself is not a tutorial. It may show you how your able to make one but with actual voice interaction .. how are we to know what tools your using.. what size and pixels brush your using. Yes we can watch the vid and see what your using... but mind you its poor quality and thus we are not able to see the numbers.
