  • This is remarkable. A few questions please:

    What is the seal made of that causes it not to leak and create such a tight seal?

    You mention pex, is that the plastic tubing and then why is it called tectite?

    Do you use standard valves for your plumbing fittings, and how does that work with tectite?

  • Does or would the O-ring wear out or compress after time? Rubber washers wear out or compress after time. I would think the O-rings in any device would face the same issues as the washers. Great at first, but how long will the joint keep its integrity?
