  • Great video. Very practical, matter-of-fact instruction style that makes a lot of sense. You're on to something here....go right ahead and make other tech-based instructional videos explaining things; you're very good.

  • @Ulleval73 thank you very much! I do plan to do alot more electrical and mechanical how to videos, i'm always working on something! thanks again! and thanks for watching!

  • @eddie1278 yeah i've used them before i really like them, if i had one i would of included it in this video. i need to get me one, i hate the non contact testers too, the one in the video here says there is power on dead wires, and half the time it don't beep on a live line hahahha another thing that is better than non contact is the simple analog meteres with a actual meter on them, most of them don't need batteries to check voltage. thanks for watching!

  • Good video, thanks for makin it

  • @woodfielderQ thank you. no problem, thanks for watching!

  • @woodfielderQ thank you for the great lesson. Simple to understand.

  • @nanannyse no problem. thanks for watching!

  • Are the non contact ones good enough/safe enough to use when testing outlets or spurs are off before wiring in appliances such as cookers etc???

  • @PaulyThaDon yes and no, i prefer not use them, cause half the time they say power is there when its not because they pickup static electricity, but if you get a higher dollar one than the one i got, then yeah, they are pretty safe. i'm just old fashioned haha
