No, this is indeed Lata. The speed is faster than the original standard version. Even Hemant Kumar's voice feels like on high ptich, although he always sang on low notes, due to his bass voice.

great song! There is one song from Hemant Kumar that I have been looking for. Its from the film 'Chaabili' and the song is 'Leheron pe leher'. This is an old movie, around 1951. Can you check to see if you can find that? Its a lovely song!
