@GraysCreekMilitia you can get a base vette for under 50k with twice as much hp as a s2000. It doesn't sound like a pencil sharpener and it's actually fast. Now if we're talking used cars. I nearly bought myself an 04 z06 with 35k on the clock for 23k. I decided to go with a gto instead for 19k and under 20k on the ticker. The fact is, an s2k doesn't compare to a corvette. I didn't come here to argue though. There built to be quick zippy little cars, not really a mans car, so to each his own.

@GraysCreekMilitia There twice as big for a good reason.They have monster torque (about 3x more than an s2k), and 10x more USABLE power. Whats the point of a small engine? It's not like your saving that much weight. A ls engine platform is all aluminum. They don't weigh much. I think you'd see who "da fuck am i" to call a vette a man's car if you drove one. Once again, I don't disrespect s2k's man, you just really don't understand how much more mean a vette is. I mean, it's a whole nother world.

@GraysCreekMilitia and why don't Honda engineers build a v8 and stomp our shit out? Just out of curiosity? BTW the LS7, gm's largest ls engine, gets 25+mpg. I figured being a Honda guy you'd bring up how big v8's eat up gas. When I get my gto out on nice weekends, and during the summer, I see upwards of 30+mpg on the highway at cruising speeds sometimes. not bad for a 362, huh?
