Which "word for word" are you referring to?

Yes, Pat Parelli is my main mentor. I've also studied everything available by Tom Dorrance and Ray Hunt in addition to the top clinicians out there. They ALL use approach and retreat and reward the slightest try. They all do as much as necessary but as little as possible.
