  • I hate to say it but he really doesn't look juiced.... just a FREAK of genetic nature....

Of course he heavily supplements - but testosterone leaves some distinct characteristics that just aren't here...

  • @Tryptaminedm hes on juice...

  • Mike O Hearn is fucking awesome

  • Is it a good idea if I train back & chest on monday and legs and shoulders tuesday or is it to much?

  • @azergn For your shoulders it is too mutch.

  • Geez! Oh help spot me! I'm just kidding :) Badass!

  • the next terminator!

  • very strong, but when he was saying he was natural thats complete bs hes not natural one bit...

  • @jnbodybuilding he's won the mr natural universe 4 times... its unbelievable but he's actually just that beastly

  • @leon5050 i love this guy (not gay) and hes the best and have no hate against him but cmon srsly dude hes not natural...

  • He is fucking .... beast..

  • he's really natural?

  • Cocky S.O.B

  • @ashervan jealous S.O.B

  • his face looks like a halloween mask

  • @highpreformance Well all my lifts are up about 20kg already and I only started a week ago.Definitely recommended.

  • I am starting,wish me luck!

  • I'd rather see him do some actual powerlifting.

  • This VS DORIAN YATES Chest Workout. ??

  • @shadowknight123

so you don't know the song ?

  • name of the first song please!

  • @ShotToHell1

    Bodybuildingcom always have great songs.

  • @ShotToHell1 staind - falling

  • what the crap... 100lbs on the flies?!

    ....

  • Lmfao, he's the man! Joking around with weight like that.

  • i could have swarn this guy was on roids

  • damn man he's so tall =O

  • Live action.. Stan Smith.. American Dad.. Anyone else or just me?

  • natural my ass

  • this man is not strong because he cant bench 400 lbs for 2 reps only so that rick rude is stronger than him because rick rude bench press 405 lbs for 5 reps .

john cena is stronger than him too

  • @maxthehulk natural vs. unnatural

  • @zume2600 yes i know but rick rude was talking muscles medicine not medicines for weights .

medicine helps you to grow your muscles faster and make bigger mass faster and to be bigger not to help you in lifting weights .

but if you want natural bodybuilder like o hearn and bigger and stronger take alook at the freak rob terry in tna or in a bodybuilding show he is bigger and stronger than mike o hearn because he bench press 405 lbs so easy and he benched 550 lbs before

  • @maxthehulk dude, if you want to look at the power and strength that comes from anabolic steroids, look at any iffbb pro bodybuilder...they will outlift rob terry all day. examples- jay cutler - 550lbs x2 easy, kai greene - 500 lbs for reps, kevin levrone - 500 lbs for reps, ronnie coleman - 600 lbs easy, johnnie jackson - 600lbs, etc...

  • @zume2600 no the strongest bodybuilders are :

    1-greg kovacs

    2-scott milne

    3-lou ferrigno

and that is in real life

  • @maxthehulk well, i should have said some of the more stronger bodybuilders then. lou was one of the strongest? really? i know he was strong, but certainly not as strong as a ronnie or kai. what kind of numbers did he put up?

  • @zume2600 greg kovacs is the strongest bodybuilder

    the second is scott milne

yes maybe lou ferrigno not the third maybe yes and maybe no but do not forget that lou ferrigno competed in world's strongest man competition and he could bench press 560 lbs that is more than ronnie coleman

i want to tell you that ronnie coleman bench press just 500 lbs (495 lbs) not 600 lbs like you said (facts)

  • @zume2600 greg kovacs and scott milne are stronger than all the other bodybuilders that you said their names

  • @maxthehulk haha! greg kovacs was never as successful as anyone i mentioned, nor was milne.

  • @zume2600 i did not say the most successful but i said that the strongest bodybuilder not the most successful and milne too

  • when he says he dont take spots that is not true mike....ive seen other videos of you doing incline bench with a spotter and also there is nothing wrong with a spotter on bench and squats...mike is probably a nice guy i think hes kind of full of hot air after watching some his videos...he says one thing in a video and the next video it is entirely different

  • @adam14858 you gotta relax bud. hes just jokin around

  • Why does every gym on youtube look awesome!! We just dont have places like that in the uk.

  • mike is a nice guy, no doubt, hes still on the juice tho, doesnt mean hes a bad guy, i just wouldnt trust mike, thats all, coz hes a liar. but i think when he started taking the juice he took very little to start with, and coz hes so gifted he blew up, and felt he could lie for a few orals maybe, and let that lie snowball out of control

  • the ending is sooo funny #LOL

  • his stuff..applies to those guys who can do 100 lb db press easily. RECAP of wut hes sayin in 7 min: just choose ur max weight that u wont throw around and jerk and control ur strict form and do lotsa sets.. LOL

  • is he really natural because i doubt it but he seems to be a nice guy

  • @my1stnickname what do u mean by natural?even if he doesn't take steroids, these guy and bodybuilders in general aren't natura;he probably eats 4-5 lb of chicken breast /day plus rice sweet potatoes etc.If any normal guy would eat like that and train with his intensity, form ,he would get outstanding results.

  • I hope he was training like that for the cameras because if he trains with that poor intensity all the time he is not even close to being natural

  • 150lbs yer course no problem :)

  • hmm 3-5mins rest between sets? is way to long...2min rest is max keep it pumping

  • @excons97 looks like it's worked pretty well for him.

  • @excons97 the whole point is that you can do heavier but low reps if you rest longer. its a different exercise doing less rest time.

  • this guy is awesome!

  • When he was competing and winning natural titles he definitely obtained a "drug-like" physique that I only ever saw on Jeff Willet or Skip La Cour...Natural bodybuilding on the highest level...to me real bodybuilding!

  • @customisedfitness jim cordova looks ridiculous too

  • great video very motivational.I always admire your strength and muscularity..Your the best Mike. But I'm just thinking why not go to UFC I wanna see you beat the guys and the champions and legends there. If not hope to see you in WWE and destroy all legends there as well.

  • I met Mike last week at Gold, Venice. To say he's a great guy would be an understatement. I hope he lands some major mainstream projects as he truly deserves it.

  • @bigmanbreakfast was there 2 dude

  • cowbell?

  • Mike is a friend of mine and he is100% natural. I swear on my mothers health. His work ethic is like nothing you have ever seen combined with probably the best genetics on the planet, not to mention he is a great guy, totally selfless in his endeavors. Tireless in helping others and doing charity work

  • What's the name of this song??? Thanks!

  • I don't see how this man can't play superman!

It's so obvious, please choose Mike O'Hearn as next movie Superman!

  • this guy is one of my inspirations. him and greg plitt

  • hes not natural no way

  • I'm 18 should I start lifting weights or will it stunt my growth? I'm a couple inches under 6 foot...

  • @TheHaloChief117 start workingout fagget, what u mean stunt my growth pussy ur not growing at all so hit does weights.

  • @TheHaloChief117 If you're 18, you shouldn't have any problems starting a weight training regimen. If you were in middle school, it might be questionable, but you're old enough now that you won't have any problems. Ignore the other idiot who replied to your comment. It's a very common question to ask. Hope this helps! :)

  • @JGriswold89 but you don'y stop growing until your 20's. I'm just under 6 foot and really hoping for a growth spurt.

  • @TheHaloChief117 You're right, you usually top off around the age of 21-23ish. But if you're 18/19, you're at a point where resistance training isn't going to stunt your growth. In fact, weight training actually helps stimulate the release of growth hormone, one of the main agents of growth in both bone & muscle. Not to mention, strength training also improves bone density. You're at an age where it won't hurt your growth, trust me. Maybe do some more research, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

  • I started weight training in the 8th grade, and I'm just about 6'2", for example. Being one of (if not THE) tallest persons within my family, I can attest personally that weight training around the age of 18 won't stunt growth if done properly :)

  • @JGriswold89

It actually increases height I believe.

  • Truly beastin'

  • "it's no problem" .. This guy is great

  • He is huge, but definitely not on juice, a guy on gear looks a bit different then Mike...dont forget the reason why he has huge measurements is not only good genes and decades of hard work, but the guy is like 6`3``, so he potentially can build bigger muscles.

  • @hajdu1981 i agree, along with him being a life long natural bodybuilder and natural mr universe

  • He gives good advise.

But the amount of volume for the chest is so high.

  • Stopping mid press on the incline with about 315 and laughing with 150s in his hands while pressing... This guy is a fucking animal!

  • I agree, i think Mike is natural.

  • i think he is natural!

  • natural? lol

  • at 2:13... "help spot me.. just kidding I don't take spots" so funny

  • @jasonyoungisnumber1

But the funny thing he does. Once you go that heavy you'll need a spot.

  • Haha the superman really suits him with his handsome face

  • natural bodybuilder? very good attitude as well? very respectable guy and laughed my ass off at 7.00 :D
