The singer is indeed Ann Mulqueen from Castleconnell, Co Limerick. My grandmother (RIP) was a Mulqueen and that makes us second cousins (I think). I last saw Ann at my mothers funeral in in Castleconnell in 2007.

I also knew your Dad, had many a drink with him at The Jolly Tinker when I lived in New York in the 80's. He was a gentleman, hard to believe it's 20 years since he passed away, R.I.P.

The singer is Ann Mulqueen originally from Castleconnell, Co. Limerick but living for many years in Ring (An Rinn) Co. Waterford.
