A really fan-tas-tic song, a work of deep emotion. The flute and guitar duel at the end is gut-wrenching in its intensity and beauty, so inspired. Absolutely incredible playing from Ian and Martin, and then this band... The mix of time signatures in drums and flute, so perfect and yet so highly emotional. This is what sets the album apart. The live feeling, the performance in the moment, the communication of intensity and inevitability. So true, so real. I love this album very deeply. Deep grati
7.50mins and not a sec too long. I love the part from 6.00 when it slowly builds up and then that ole Tull juggernaut simply sweeps you off the road...
Great song, full of creativity. I like the introduction, and the following flute accelerations and crescendi, then the flute calms down and almost follows a blues notes pattern. Well done, Ian and band.!!!! This is one of my most favorite songs, I never get tired of listening to it. I just love the contrasts and different moods coming out.

One of my favourite of JTs later songs ~ not for the lyrics, but the amazing music. That flute-work is astounding!

This song resonates for me as I walk on the quiet side late in my day remembering Jethro Tull from the heady says of my 1960's youth.
But I don't want no trouble, don't need no fuss
I'm wounded, old(ish) and treacherous

A blind person would enjoy this video, (no offense intended). Roots to Branches in the Top 5 of Tull classics. Wish there was a video of this
