type into custom html (for just one page) or into edit html/css in the "design category" (for all pages).

(lesser than sign)embed src="URL&autoplay=1&loop=1&sta­rt=(whatever time IN SECONDS you want the video to start in)" hidden=true width=1 height=1(greater than sign)

Type in the url that you want (just the way WizCrazyz stated in the video) into where it says "URL". I hope this helps :)

@TheQaEMoDzZ I use screenflow to record.. its a snow leopard. :) I use iFreeMem and CPU Accelarator to keep my computer fast.. i also use CleanMyMac and other softwares to keep it tidy and fast. but mostly iFreeMem... CPU Accelerator is O.K but its not too good.. but ifreemem is the best.... i use screenflow to record, edit and everything in between. :0
